We booked No. 14 for a reunion of old friends (7 of us) in April 2016. Sophie was a pleasure to deal with and happily answered any queries we had.  
The house is in a fantastic location - close to all the wonderful shops & restaurants that Cheltenham has to offer.
I agree with previous comments that the pictures do not do the House justice - it is beautifully presented, well laid out, spotless, comfortable and a perfect size for our party. 
I would have no hesitation recommending this accommodation.

5 ladies attending the litarary festival made good use of this lovely house. Excellent kitchen facilities if required but in a perfect location for restaurants and bars. It was so close to the festival venues and perfect for that. Lovely quality bed linen and excellent bathrooms. It was our best literary festival trip ( we have attended several) and this was in great part due to the fantastic location and luxurious nature of the house.

We stayed here for a hen do. It was great! The house is beautiful and spacious and we had a lovely weekend there. It wasn't the cheapest option but we felt it was worth every penny. The beds were comfy, the living room cosy and the couple who owned the place went out of their way to accommodate us, arranging an extra bed and parking permit for us. I highly recommend it! 

We stayed at number 14 for a hen party in July and I have to say the apartment was stunning! The photos we had seen prior to arriving really did not do it justice. The apartment was clean and fresh and really well kept. Plenty large enough to sleep 9 people and really reasonably priced (worked out as £50 per person per night). The location is spot on, really nice area of cheltenham close to lovely wine bars and 5 mins from centre.
Also, another plus, we were able to say a time we would arrive/leave so didn't feel like we wee being rushed out, we could take our time.
Only two negatives, prior to arriving I was actually charged twice for the cost of the stay as the lady dealing with our booking made a mistake! A bit annoying, as I didn't really have £800 to spare, however just a simple mistake I guess and the lady was very apologetic so no harm done really. And it was a bit confusing as to where to put the rubbish. Even though there was a note explaining where the 'clearly labelled bin' was, we couldn't find it.

This was a perfect choice for a family gathering which included an infant and a toddler. Very well appointed and because it was a last minute booking not much more expensive than 3 rooms at the Premier Inn! 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, v comfy beds. Great location in the centre of Cheltenham and with a park across the road. The only note of caution is that the stairs are a bit steep, so not perhaps suitable for people with any mobility issues. Also from first to second floor the bannisters felt a bit wobbly - just something to be aware of. Booking and information provided was first class and we have no hesitation in recommending it.
