Had an amazing experience at this hotel the other evening. Staff were friendly kind and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

I stay here a lot and, yes, it's getting to the stage where a refurbishment can't be far away. But it remains No 1 choice for rugby at Kingsholm. On my latest visit, I arrived feeling distinctly unwell. It was well ahead of early check-in time but the staff went out of their way to find me a room so I could rest up and recuperate. I think the lady's name was Don - top-class customer service. See you in a couple of weeks for the next home game.

Needed somewhere for a one night stop. I arrived by car, the Premier Inn was easy to find on the north side of Gloucester with plenty of free parking (just need to register your vehicle number at reception). Room was clean and comfortable. In the evening we walked towards the cathedral and docks - took about half hour.  We had Premier Inn breakfast in the adjoining restaurant the next morning - we had a nicely cooked English breakfast which we ordered on arrival and which was served to our table, plus a good choice of cereals, yoghurts, toast etc which you could help yourself to at the buffet. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay here again

The train station is opposite the bus station with regular services that stop close to the hotel. The lady on reception was lovely and welcoming and check in was fast. Our room was great, on the ground floor and overlooking the car park. (A nice one 🙂). There is an industrial park a 15 min walk away with a number of retail outlets and places to eat. Gloucester North parkrun very close but disappointingly cancelled the weekend we were there. I did Gloucester City instead though and that was very enjoyable.

We had a warm welcome. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, working TV and a nice hot shower. Tea and coffee making facilities were in the room also, which we enjoyed a cuppa on the evening.

This Premier Inn is lovely. Free car park, great location and has a Beefeater restaurant nextdoor.
The receptionist was lovely and welcoming.
We had a room on the ground floor which was lovely and clean and the sofa bed had been made up for my daughter.
We even got a welcome note and a packet of sweets from Rachael, thank you.
There was an issue with the WiFi but staff had reported it to Virgin and it wasn't the hotels fault.
We will definitely stay here again 😊

This is the second time we have stayed at the Premier Inn in Longford and we enjoyed it just as much. Friendly service, a clean room (thanks Rachel) and as always a very comfortable bed. 
The Beefeater is next door where we always have a tasty breakfast and a lovely evening meal. The staff there are very helpful, efficient and friendly. 

A couple of friends and I came from London for a business event the next day.  We checked in after dinner planned elsewhere (for no reason related to the hotel), arriving just before midnight.  The check in was smooth. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful throughout.  The room was also made up to a high standard with all the conveniences I needed, except an iron.  However, at some time well after midnight I went to reception to request an iron and there was no problem getting one.  There was a generous selection and offering for both Full English/cooked and Continental breakfast, and it tasted great.  Very happy with my stay here. This was my first stay as a Premier Inn Guest and I’d definitely stay here again.

I use Premier Inn's regularly for work and find that they are reliably comfortable and safe, especially welcoming after long days of work. I was booked-in by Rachel at this Preier Inn and nothing seemed too much trouble.

Perfect location for our visit to Hartpury College. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and so convenient with Beefeater just next door for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely stay here again.

Definitely the place to stay!

Familiar Premier Inn layout. Recently decorated and nice clean bright bathrooms. Good parking with visibility of your car. Had a meal deal but many of the nominated items on the meal deal menu were not available, even the beer! This place looks better from the inside. Friendly staff. Poor internet connection made things difficult with e-mails not going out, best have an alternative option ready.
