Exceptional service and really great room for the price.  

Leon was very helpful and professional.  From the moment I walked in the door he was friendly and very assisting.  

He also went above and beyond when I asked him a few questions.  Would highly recommend to anyone’s staying in Glasto.

The location of this hotel is excellent for visiting the local area, Glastonbury Tor, the Abbey, Street and the Clarks Village and if you want to see some nature the Avalon Marshes are only a 10 minute drive away.
The room itself, we stayed in a premier plus room,  had everything we needed and was very quiet despite overlooking the road, we even had a view of the Tor.
All of the staff were very friendly with a special shout out to Mel (and Zeon) who was lovely and helped us out when we left our key in the room!
We would definitely stay here again.
Breakfast and the staff at Brewers Fayre next door was also excellent.

Great stay, we were greeted by a lovely lady called Mel who made us feel very welcome. 
Our first floor room was spotless, warm and very quiet.
We went for an upgraded room for only a few extra pounds and it was definitely worth it! 
The tea tray was well stocked but ample of extras in the lobby. 
Large free car park and a busy restaurant next door.

Pleasant stay in premier plus room, thank you. I arrived late due to a late flight. 

Leon in Reception was very helpful both on the telephone and welcoming when I finally arrived.

The bedrooms were really good. The staff were very nice especially aundrea who helped us a lot 😁 thank you so much we would recommend this to anyone the food was amazing ecpecially the hash browns along with with the outstanding selection of lovely food

Had the best time staying in Glastonbury, the hotel was very clean, smelt fresh and we had an amazing time. The main part of glastonbury was about a 25 minute walk, usually we would walk into town but the weather was wet but it was all close to tescos, aldi, KFC. Staff very friendly 

The hotel is very clean we have used this hotel many times
But the hotel , but the restaurant lets it down, and this time
We ordered our meal when it came it was cold ,we sent it back
They  replaced it and when that came it was cold again so we 
Left it, we was on a meal deal

Clean and tidy hotel, with very comfortable beds and large rooms. Fantastic parking outside, lovely restaurant on site. Excellent location for Glastonbury carnival and Clarks Village. Warm and friendly staff who made a brilliant impact. Have booked again for next year!

Really good experience, clean and comfortable rooms and staff are so helpful. Breakfast was great although very busy, they could do with a few more coffee machines but this is a minor criticism and doesn’t detract from the great stay overall

Excellent

Everything you'd expect from the Premier Inn.  Clean, fresh room. Hotel clean and tidy. Hotel in walking distance (25 minutes) to Clarks Village, Street, Glastonbury town. 
I usually give 5 stars, but only 4 this time as a male receptionist was extremely rude and pompous when we arrived. Jemma and all the other staff on reception, housekeeping, and the lovely maintenance gentleman were fantastic. Welcoming, friendly, and polite.

Great Stay

We stayed here for 3 nights last week whilst visiting Haynes Motor Museum and Fleet Air Museum.  We received a warm welcome on arrival. Our room faced the road and despite the double glazing due to the road noise and someone walking around into the small hours in the room above us we had hardly any sleep the first night. We spoke to the amazing Heather on reception the next morning and she went above and beyond to try and move us to improve our stay. After a lot of work on her part we were re located to the top floor facing away from the road. Every member of staff we met in the hotel was polite and professional and appeared to be happy in their work. The rooms were both clean with all you require. Premier plus room is probably worth the extra if you are staying more than one night as it gives more room and a handy fridge. Breakfast service was also excellent and could not be faulted.  All the staff worked very hard and once again committed to customer care. The food was plentiful and well stocked. There was no delay in waiting for any different food to be cooked or items to be replaced. The vegetarian sausages were very tasty.. Sarah the waitress was so cheerful and took a real interest in everyone. She remembered each morning if you had any special requirements.   We ate in the Brewers Fayre each night.  Plenty of pub grub choice for vegetarians. Unfortunately due to staff sickness the first night service was very slow but that improved the following nights although clearly they could do with more staff as they service the community and a nearby  travel lodge so I would recommend booking a table if you intend to eat there.  However despite being busy once again staff were very polite and hard working.  Overall a really lovely stay.

Great customer service

We stayed in the Premier Inn at Glastonbury for New Years Eve. It's very well placed for a visit to the town being a short walk. We were eating in Gigi's Italian Restaurant (excellent) and then walking up the Tor for midnight!
The hotel is comfortable and clean and the rooms are well appointed....everything you need for a nights stay. The staff are very friendly and efficient.
The reason for not giving five stars is the standard of the breakfast at the adjoined Brewer's Fair was not good. 
One other thing to mention is the number of travellers vehicles parked near the hotel. This is Glastonbury after all but they do look untidy. We didn't feel there were any security issues and the hotel has a secure entry system.

Comfortable and good value stay

Room clean and tidy. Shower edges and seals a bit black but to be expected. Bed comfortable. Fire alarm blasts out at 4am and everyone in the car park for about 40mins in freezing temperatures. All due to some idiot smoking in the room. No communication from staff just a role call of room numbers.  Babies and elderly stood wearing minimal clothing in freezing temperatures. Blankets should’ve been handed out. Few people in underwear and barefoot and temperature was below zero. No one told us what was going on. Awful. Hotel was nice but handling of this was bad. Connected restaurant no mugs for coffee and tea in morning, food ok but average at best.

Glasto work trip

Comfortable, clean, spacious room (premier plus). Spoilt somewhat by building works at time of our stay. Also, we were at front of hotel which is on a busy main road. Don’t know if you could ask for a room at the back. The Brewers faire next door was a disappointment.
