Excellent location! 7 of us stayed here for a night out and it was 1 minute walk away from the main strip with all the clubs on. Had everything you needed in the apartment, including cooking utensils and condiments. Lovely, new, and modern kitchen and living area and very clean and tidy rooms. The host was very kind and organised and gave us a lovely tour of the apartment and his number for any queries during our visit. Would definitely recommend! 

This apartment is fantastic for people looking for a central location within Newcastle. It is close to pubs, clubs, restaurants, shops and the central train station. We were greeted by Dylan, the manager, upon check in and he was very courteous and showed us everything about the apartment. The building is very impressive, and so is the apartments. There are all mod cons in the kitchen including an oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen TV and WiFi. There is plenty of seating between the 2 couches, stools and the breakfast bar and the 6 seater dining table. The bathroom is also quite modern with a nice power shower. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. My one note would be that the curtains are too short in one room and didn't block the morning sun and then there are none in the other room. My other point to note for future travelers is that this apartment is situated over a nightclub. I did not realize this at the time of booking. This means it is very loud at night time but there are earplugs provided in each of the rooms. There is also a church right beside the building and the bells go off regularly so this is something to note if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and it is perfect for girl groups who are going to make the most of the Newcastle nightlife. The landlord was a pleasure to deal with and remained in contact throughout. I would recommend this property for groups, but not for families purely because of the noise.

Great apartment, centrally located, just 10 minutes walk from Newcastle central station. Very clean and tidy, with resonable facilities.
Unfortunately lacking a microwave. A suggestion of an information file in the appartment would be useful, with where to go guides and information about where to eat etc.
We were provided witn ear plugs on arrival, i now understand why!
Down side, is that due to its location it is very noisy, the cathedral bells ring both during the day and throught the night (every 15 minutes!!!!) Infact i was awake from 3am and was unable to get back to sleep. 
The purpose for my visit was to attend a education/training day for my work, i was exhausted and due to the lack of sleep i didnt get the maximum out of my day. 
Overall this is such a shame as it is a lovely apartment

Great location, very clean but situated next to a nightclub

Overnight stay. Good appartment. Noisy location behind a catherdral/bell ringing!!!

Upon arrival I was disappointed with the dirty carpet all the way up to the apartment.
Things didn't get better in the apartment itself;  it was in need of a good clean. The walls, floors, kitchen, bathroom and seating area were disgusting. Just what we needed - to start cleaning before we could enjoy our 2 night stay.
The curtains in one bedroom fell short and the other bedroom had no curtains at all.
For £730 for the two nights, I can definitely say that there are better places to stay.
Whinge nearly over: Just to mention the cathedral bells next door and the state of the rundown surrounding area.
Go elsewhere.
