Middlethorpe Guest House

What a gem of a find, this guesthouse is simply wonderful. The hosts Andy & Wendy are a delightful couple who couldn't do enough for us. 😁 Being a gay couple we do worry when booking anywhere, as you never really know people's attitude on same sex couples, well we needn't have worried as they didn't bat an eyelid. 👩‍❤️‍👩 We had such a great time at Whitby and had some adventures shall we say, came back one evening muddied up to the eyeballs after a little dip in the waterfall at the falling foss. I say dip it was more, falling down the embankment to get to it.. Wendy very kindly washed our clothes for us. 😜 The breakfasts are huge and you get as much or as little as you ask for. We were greedy the 1st day and then realised Andy and Wendy don't do half portions. You won't go hungry I can tell you that much 👌 All in all, it really is a little gem. Thank you to both of you for treating us like part of the family.... Hope to see you again 😍
