Have been in Gosvenor many times ,so needed a place to stay for a night and thought why not.
Pleasently surprised 
Lovely clean room,all amneties in shampoo shower gel ,tea and coffee
Spacious bathroom.
Breakfast fresh and hot ,generous portions
Highly recommend

What a lovely place. Had a great day capped off with a couple of drinks in this  brilliant place. Will be back soon we hope. Can't comment on the rooms but will after staying next time we visit. The cocktails are mus, bar staff on the ball, views to die for, and it must be a lot better in the summer with good outdoor seating area.

3rd bird pie ,Pheasant, Partridge and Pigeon absolutely gorgeous, melt in the mouth. 
Wife's creamy garlic chicken on s bed of mash cooked to perfection. 
Friendly staff ,clean tidy and very reasonably priced. 
Worth the trip for your wallet and your belly ,remember an elasticated waistband.

This was our third stay at the Grosvenor this year, and the best yet! 
We first stayed in January 2024 for 2 nights, arriving on Sunday afternoon and having Sunday lunch in the bar - delicious. We had a second stay for one night mid-week in March.
We booked for last night to visit the Victorian Weekend - which was unfortunately spoilt by Storm Darragh - but also so we could have Sunday lunch again!
This stay was in room 8, lovely view and a spacious room. (We have stayed in room 3 and room 9 before, both lovely, but slightly more noisy).
Sunday lunch amazing, and the room so peaceful. Breakfast is efficiently served, with thick bacon and a meaty, flavourful sausage. Lovely local coffee. Everything excellent value.
We have not yet left the Grosvenor feeling hungry! Can't wait to return.

Myself and my husband didn't stay at this hotel but we went for a meal on a Saturday and Sunday evening. The food is absolutely beautiful. I was so impressed with battered halloumi, chips and mushy peas, I had it both nights. My husband had chicken curry, rice and chips and burger and chips on the next night. There is a lot of food on the plate, no scrimping and it's delicious. No more expensive than anywhere else either. The staff were polite and efficient and the bar area is warm, clean and welcoming. We wouldn't hesitate go for a meal at the Grosvenor again if we're ever nearby.

Very nice stay. Only stayed for 1 night in room 3. It was a very nice room with a double bed and a single bed, tea and coffee making things. Bed was really comfy.
Free parking just across the road in a car park.
Stayed on a Tuesday night so there was a Blues band on in the evening which was a bonus as they were really entertaining.
Had our evening meal in the hotel and this was also very well done, very tasty food.
An excellent full English breakfast in the morning, with all the usual trimmings.
A really lovely hotel located in a very nice part of the coast.

The walk up and down the hill is great our dogs loved it, walking by the sea down the cliff walk.
The specials board has a great selection . The atmosphere in the bar was welcoming

Arrived at the Hotel to a warm welcome and were shown to our lovely room, very clean and cosy. We had both drinks and evening meals at the hotel which are first class. The breakfasts are excellent too.
The staff are friendly and helpful and a return trip is being planned.

Fantastic place to stay we were warm lovely bar great food, the staff were all great.  Breakfast was the best all locally sourced produce the best eggs ever and really tasty sausages. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely come back, although the walk back up from the beach is very steep, great for working off the calories we ate. Thanks all 

Visited for food, whilst staying in Robin Hoods bay. To start I had wood pigeon and smoked bacon salad, which was fantastic, then pheasant casserole, which was delicious, my wife had halloumi salad to start and fish and chips as main, which she really enjoyed. The portions are extremely good. Had a good selection of real ales. Nicely decorated and friendly staff. Will hopefully be staying here next year. Couldn't recommend highly enough

Perfect stay

Delicious food, lovely staff and lovely bar area.

Had a lovely 3 night stay in this hotel. The breakfast was really tasty and varied and we dined in the pub twice of an evening - the food was superb and couldn't recommend it highly enough! 

The only complaint was that our mattress was very soft - not how we like it. But this wouldn't put us off staying again in this lovely part of the world.

The hotel is clean and well presented. There is however no parking onsite, you do have to pay to park in the car park over the road which was £6 for 24 hours so not massively expensive and it’s just a short 2 minute walk to the hotel. 

Our room was great but what they don’t mention is that there are stairs and no lift which for someone like myself with mobility issues, this caused a problem as we were up on the top floor so two flights of stairs. None of the bedrooms are on the ground floor so the venue isn’t suitable for disabled visitors at all.

The restaurant food was fantastic quality and great value for money and the breakfast was delicious. 

Now onto the bed. If you like sleeping on something that’s as unforgiving as concrete, you will be well served. If however you prefer something a bit softer, then you are going to be in for a rough nights sleep. The mattress was SOLID! 

It was a great base thought for a weekend away on the whole. Just bear in mind the access issues for disabled travellers and the rock solid mattress

Great food and drinks

The room was very clean and tidy, the bathroom was a good size and also had a bath! The whole bnb was very warm and comfortable. Paul behind the bar was so accommodating and kind, we had a few external issues and he really helped us out. The location is great also! I would definitely recommend this bnb.

My husband and I stayed for two nights for the Victorian Weekend.  The hotel was cosy and warm and the staff were welcoming and friendly.  Our room was lovely and most comfortable. We had dinner on our second night with a fab band to entertain. Food and service were excellent. Will definitely be back again.
