Staff were great. Booking in was easy. Walkable to restaurants

The usual Premier Inn, clean, comfortable, quiet.  The best location, walking distance to the train station. Two big supermarkets Morrison's and Lidl close by. Only McDonald's around. The only negative point VERY EXPENSIVE (I had to use my points to stay there).  Great staff and breakfast.  I have enjoyed my stay.

This is a great hotel, the rooms were very comfortable and quiet., we enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, lots of choice.The location is great and an easy walk to the old town, there is a grocery store close by to pick up provisions.

Great stay in Inverness along the river.  Great restaurant and the on-site brewery/distillery was really great.  Would stay here again in a second.

We had an excellent stay in Fort William. The restaurant seemed quieter than usual for this time of year. Plentiful breakfast, great staff, and a comfy bed. The room felt a bit too warm due to the sunny weather, but a fan was provided which helped.

I have stayed here of and on from October 2023 I cannot fault it in any way the rooms are clean and comfortable the staff at reception are so kind and helpful one of the receptionists Lara is so professional and very mannerly any issues she will deal with it straight away no issues here I will be staying here again no problem all good

A fantastic experience.  Warmly greeted by the staff.  Christmas surprise for the children.  Rooms were clean.  The kettle and the TV had issues but the staff prompt got them replaced/ fixed. The view outside the hotel was very good.

Christmas décor in the hotel and the restaurant was beautiful and festive.

Nice rooms, clean and good service. Well located in central Fort William.  Close to train station and grocery store as well as many other shops.  Good prices and well maintained rooms.  Would definately stay there again.

This Premier inn at Fort William was absolutely great from the moment we checked in.
The staff were very polite and nothing was to much trouble for them.
The room was spacious spotless and very comfortable.
The Brewers Fayre next door was also excellent.

We stayed this weekend at the premier inn Fort William on a climbing trip. It was a great price. Very good temperature control. Toasty and cool whenever needed. The staff were so helpful, smiley and polite. The food was very nice and breakfast is actually awesome!! The water was hot and pressure incredible. The bed was comfy and I slept like a log. A very quiet hotel at night. I honestly feel that it is advisable to use this hotel if you are in the area for a trip like ours there is no need to look further. You get everything you need. Don’t get me wrong it’s not self contained with a pool. Spa. Cinema. We wanted to get our heads down and just relax when the weather turned. The town a walking distance outside gives you the extra entertainment you may be looking for. And everywhere we went the locals were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming.

It's another Premier Inn that delivers a Premier Inn stay.  Friendly staff (especially the young man who checked us in), comfortable rooms, and a very good Premier Inn breakfast.  It would have been 5 stars but the condition of the corridors and hallways leading to the rooms does not make for a good first impression.  It would be in the ownership's best interest to freshen up these areas as it would make a tremendous difference.

A Good Overnight Spot on Our Scotland Tour

Positives - Only 5 mins away from the train station, just across the Morrisons car park and again, only 5 mins away from the underpass, leading to the main towns shops & food outlets. Room was clean & comfy & very quiet with a lovely view of Cowshill and the mountains. All staff really friendly & helpful. Breakfast tasty & plentiful.
Negatives - Not enough staff in the restaurant to serve customers & clear tables. Hotel in serious need of refurbishment. Carpets in corridors not clean & paintwork peeling on skirtings. Bathroom door in our room wouldn't shut as handle broken. 
Overall would stay here again but really needs refurbishment and to take on more staff.

Overall good stay

This was stop 2 on our weekend trip.
The Fort William premier is well situated for the railway station and has its own restaurant for premier inn only guests.  Room as you’d expect, tidy a tad warm but with a fan.

Ate in the restaurant at night - you need a reservation book it at reception.

Again as my previous post not enough staff for tea or breakfast.

Breakfast was a shambles, one/two at the most on the restaurant floor, tables stacking up with plates, the buffet was slow and unable to keep up with demand, I waited 40 minutes to get a decent breakfast and still it was the dregs.

Again not the fault of the staff at all.  
Just not enough of them. 
Come on Whitbread you turned over nearly three billion British pounds in 2023/24 get some more staff and make the stay more pleasant like it used to be.

Fort William on Christmas

Booked to attend a 50th.

Couple of wee issues. First disabled room is room 32. Obviously 32 room along a corridor from reception. Bit of a walk for someone with mobility issues awaiting a knee operation.

Brewers Fayre a wee bit grubby. Sometimes tables need a bit more than a quick squirt and wipe.

Evening food not great. Roast chicken dinner not really roasted. Why would you deep fry stuffing, only discovered what it was when wife cut into it. Also food could have been warmer, food was a bit cold.

Breakfast was however good , chap in charge was very attentive. Got soya milk and granola for my wife.



50th Birthday Stay

Fantastic stay

This like other is perfect for a base location, room was warm and clean staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was hit and miss younger staff seem to care less food missing from buffet, but with the more mature staff food was always out and ready the older man that was cleaning for the five days we were there was very helpful 

Never disappointed with a premiere inn,

My expectations were low for this stay . I was suffering a cold & persistent cough which had me feeling low. But when I entered our room it was cosy warm had a couch so I could give myself room to feel ich. Immediately had a good feeling. The bed was nice & firm & I slept better than I had for the previous two or three nights . Only negative was a tissue left on the floor from the previous lodgers
