901 reviewsMy partner and I dined at the Hotel Restaurant for a Valentine’s Day dinner. Approaching the hotel on the drive down the windy driveway the stunning exterior of the Hotel greets you. We went on Valentine’s night therefore could not see the grounds of the Hotel as it was dark, however the Hotel was lit up showing its character. On entering the hotel we were greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. We were taken to the bar in the lounge and sat by the fire. The decor is fantastic and the character shown throughout the property. Our orders were taken while we sat with a Valentine’s cocktail recommended by the hostess. There were a few options of menu, 2-3 course off the À la Carte menu, a 5 course Valentine’s menu and a 7 course tasting menu. We chose the 3 course and were not disappointed. The dinner room was lovely and quaint, a great setting for such an evening. The food was of great quality and we thoroughly enjoyed everything. The staff were very attentive and pleasant. I would definitely recommend anyone to experience dinning at this wonderful venue. We will definitely be back, and hopefully we will stay at this magnificent Hotel.
