Room only accommodation, exceptionally clean and tidy. Very friendly host.
We were in room 6. Top of the house, with ensuite, up so many stairs. The room is small, but has a balcony and a view. Worth all the stairs. We will look to book next time.

The owner Connan and manager Medhi know this area inside out. Every day that we were there, they offered restaurant recommendations, advice on the best way to use the tube to get around and offered a wealth of knowledge on fun experiences to maximise our stay in London. 

The room was clean, and a good size and the location was excellent. The hotel is in Paddington and so close to everything. 

The guys were so amazing it felt like we were staying with family. 

Thank you gents for being so accommodating and wonderful during our 4 nights. You made our experience so special and one to remember. We adore you both. 

It’s a long way from Australia but if we ever come back, we know where we will be staying.

We stayed here for 3 days over the New Year. The Guest House was easy to find and there was parking. We had a really pleasant welcome and the reception area is also a bar - where the prices for drinks was very reasonable. The rooms aren't huge but are spotlessly clean with en-suites and have everything you need. The breakfasts are great - we had full English of course - with as much tea and coffee as you wanted. You can see the sea from some windows and the beach was a 3 minute walk. An easy 10 minute walk downhill gets you to the start of the town with pubs, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect location within walking distance of both the beach and the town. Friendly owners, nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous view from our room. Would definitely stay there again if I was going back to the area.

Spent a couple of nights on a short break.  Easy parking, a short walk into town and even quicker to the beach; along with a friendly and homely atmosphere made this the ideal location for us. Looking forward to returning.

Sue and dick were lovely and Tom their son was so helpful carrying our case up to the top floor. They very friendly, breakfast was great. A real home from home would recommend Tudor Court. Beach was just down the road into the town. 

We enjoyed staying at Tudor Court on our road trip along Englands south coast. 
The room was very small, a bit narrow, but with a nice view to the sea.
Breakfast was lovely.
The Tudor Courts location is very convenient to walk around Falmouth city.
The owners are very nice and helpful with good advices for going-out and must-see recommendations.
Falmouth is a very lovely place to stay when you want to do daily trips: St.Michael's Mount, Lands End, St.Ives are a few very beautiful places to visit!

We were made very welcome lovely room with sea view nicely decorated. Has a bar.
Walking distance to beach about 10 to 15 mins. Breakfast nice choice of cereal and fruit as well as cooked. Parking spaces available.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we cannot fault the service, the lovely welcoming host, the breakfast, the room and facilities, or the location. 

Car parking and WiFi was good too.  

We will be back next year! 


Nice b and b, friendly owners and staff. Well located, only 5 mins to beach and 10 mins into town. Twin room was a bit on small side but was clean and had nice view. As other reviews had mentioned some of the decor is a bit dated especially in communal areas. Would say very good value for money and breakfast was very good.
