Melbury Guest House

I appreciated the courtesy phone call I received from Melbury Rooms & Studios on our day of arrival to check that we had received the check-in details they had emailed to us the previous day listing our room number and access code. When we arrived, the staff were very welcoming. Our studio was ideally located, just a short a short walk from the centre of Exeter. The studio was spotlessly clean and had a large kitchen area with an induction hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Crockery and cutlery were provided. The room had a dining table and comfortable sofa. This area joined on to a separate bedroom which had a very comfortable double bed. There were plenty of hangers and drawers for our clothes. The bathroom had an excellent shower. Although it wasn't a problem, I would have liked to have been informed in advance that complimentary tea and coffee weren't provided with the kettle in the room.
