Thus was the first xmas we had been away 
It was fabulous for us and the grandkids 
This was made perfect by the entertainment team lead as by usual mark 
They never forget how to entertain and make this site our favour place 
The site is always clean and tidy and the staff including the security can't do enough to make your holiday 
My grandkids loved it as so did we 
Well done as your name suggests welcome holiday park 
Enjoy your time off now you've earnedbit 

We went to the Welcome last year and enjoyed it so much we had to return again this year 
Stayed in a bungalow again and was well kept and very comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing break 
Site was as usual spotless and pretty 

All Bar, Restaurant & security staff were yet again fantastic, and getting in on the entertainment and having fun with other staff & guests
Thank you to all the staff from Grounds staff, Security, Entertainment, Reception, Cleaners etc--Everybody certainly puts the effort in to make the park a memorable one, see you again next year

Not our first Christmas at Welcome, but definitely our best.
As ever the Caravan was clean and tidy and welcoming .
We always take our small dog Angus with us, the site is Dog friendly, except for the club.
Which we have never used because of the dog ban.
The Staff are great  other holiday parks could  learn good customer service from the team there 
All in all a  great place and we shall be returning soon.



Just come back from a weekend  break  at welcome. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay.  Staff on reception are always very welcoming and really pleased to see you. Entertainment as usual  was brilliant thankyou  Mark and all the team you are amazing guys so professional in what you do. Roger Parks you are fantastic. Only problem was weekend went to quick. Lovely base for exploring the surrounding area with plenty to do.  Ample parking right by lodge. Booked already for next year. 

We returned last week from a last minute family break for New Year’s Eve. First time here and wow I’m so impressed! The caravan was spotless, love the little touches of biscuits and even a mini bottle of wine when we arrived. Lovely heating system felt very warm and cosy. 
We paid the option to have our beds made up for us upon arrival which was well worth it at £12 a bed. 
The staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble very friendly and welcoming - a credit to them all. 
It was my sons birthday on New Year’s Day and I asked for a shout out on the stage and they all wished him a happy birthday they were great. 
Shows were awesome, the little arcade and the entertainment for the children. 
The location is fab as well short walk from shops, bars and restaurants, arcade and I noticed a fair ground but was closed until the Feb half term but didn’t matter to us. 
Paignton zoo is only half an hour away so we took ourselves there for New Year’s Day. 
Honestly we had the best family holiday and we certainly will be returning and recommending to friends and family!

We had a fabulous trine at Welcome - loved it from beginning to end. When we arrived we felt like we were abroad the reception all lit up with palm trees, all the staff we came into contact with including reception ladies, bar staff and entertainment team were super friendly and helpful. Our bungalow was perfect, very spacious and everything we needed for our holiday. Entertainment in the evening was brilliant, Mark and his team did an amazing job and my two teenage boys will always remembered their first proper New Years Eve party. The surrounding area is lovely short walk to Dawlish Warren and 5 minute drive into Dawlish itself. Lots of little shops and pubs within walking distance. 10/10 thank you Welcome, we will definitely be back x

In the past I spent my New Year’s Eve in Butlins, however following last years disappointing visit for NYE I’ve decided to try something different. So this one in Welcome was on offer who are not normally open at this time of year but this year marked the first time it did. I have to say it’s great accommodation and comfy living quarters. The entertainment was great although was a little too busy so had trouble finding somewhere to sit, The surrounding area is lovely and an excellent base to explore other parts of Devon. I’ve stayed on this site in the past and it’s always been top notch. I was happy to find out that they are open again for the festive period in 2023 and will consider doing it again in the near future. 8/10.

We have had a weeks holiday and a long weekend here. One in a caravan and one in a lodge. 
Outstanding family park, great entertainment for all ages and a safe environment to allow children to be children and get off to play. 
Good and drink pricy but to be expected. 
The entertainment team and security go out of their way to ensure everyone is safe and happy.

Stay in 331 on the park,  two bedroom, dog friendly, plenty of room in the bungalow.  parking near by is OK but could be improved, and even though it was late November the park was still spotless as usual.   excellent base.  with most places within 25 min drive.  but plenty still right on your doorstep.   great site for kids of all ages.  and very pet friendly.  will be back again in the new year

We visited welcome for October half term. This was my family and I first visit to welcome and dawlish Warren. We loved it from the moment we arrived accommodation was ready before check in and everything we needed for the four nights we were there.  We stayed in one of the lodges. My son of 10 and daughter of.6 got involved with the kids entertainment and enjoyed going to Dougie's den. My wife and I really enjoyed the entertainment a little gutted to of missed the Disney show. Mark and the entertainment team do a amazing job.  We went swimming a couple of times and this again was spot on. My son one day did kids football on the sports ground with mark who was far to all ages that took part. The week went too quick and the kids are wanting to come
 back next year for longer .

The best "Welcome" in Devon

The lodge we stayed in was very nice lots of room and beds were very comfortable. the entertainment was good in the club all though we thought the price of the food was a bit high and we had  to laugh at the bar staff they didnt know how to make a cocktail drink and snowball drink. other wise every thing else was fine.

Nice family holiday day.

The site itself is lovely, with friendly staff. The evening entertainment is brilliant (kids loved it).  Bad bits - club house is very dated. The drink was awful, never before have I seen a pint of cider served with a layer of what can only be described as slime.  GF person in our party, no options for meals available on site (other than the gammon which was never available).  Dawlish Warren is ok itself, lots of dog sh*t everywhere on walk to the beach so watch where you step.  

Given it 4 based on the entertainment and the general tidiness of the site.
