148 reviewsWhen we were looking for somewhere to stay in Skipton the Townhouse jumped out at us because it was so close to the town centre. There is free on site parking which was a bonus as it allowed us to leave our car outside the hotel as we arrived too early to check in and we went off to explore the town. When we came back Mick the host welcomed us and showed us to our ground floor room which had everything we needed, double bed, small wardrobe, kettle, fridge, tv with sky and an en-suite bathroom with a corner shower. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable although it did squeak when we turned over ( we did mention this to the owner who said he would check it out) We had initially booked a continental breakfast but decided to pay the extra for a cooked breakfast and we were not disappointed it was delicious. we had eggs, beans, mushrooms, bacon, sausage, toast and tea and coffee, cereals were also available the food was well presented and was piping hot. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.
