Linda & Ken were very accommodating, key left outside as we were late arriving. Lovely spacious room which was clean & tidy & quiet. Great breakfast, although dining room a bit small & could do with a radio on in the background. Great location as Waitrose just round the corner and bus stop right outside. Left the car there & caught bus into City Centre for the Military Tattoo on Sat night. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Edinburgh.
