This was a great hotel in a very convenient area close to the airport. Despite that, you couldn't hear any plane traffic or other outside noise. The hotel was quiet and comfortable, the room and bath very clean, and the service friendly. Right on the tram line so very easy to access. 

The breakfast (additional cost) was phenomenal--the best we had on our visit to Scotland. The selection was robust and there were options for various dietary restrictions. All in all, a great stay. I wish we'd had the room for more than one night!

I think it was the best Premier Inn stay I have ever had ( and I've stayed in quite a few). I requested quiet rooms, we were given top floor and it was silent! Quite incredible when you consider how near the train station, tram, airport it is.

Staff couldn't have been more helpful, they were excellent.  Had a lovely coffee in Costa, very convenient.  Also very handy for public transport and Tesco, Aldis etc just a short walk away.

Great location. Parking for airport week great and cheap. Staff and service Great. Easy to get to and get out from tram a 2 min walk to airport. Retail park 4 mins away....... Parking u pay separately 3 pound a night. So way cheaper than airport

We stayed here for 3 nights last weekend. Great location very near the tram stop with access to the centre. We had an issue when we arrived as the TV wouldn’t work but this was sorted quickly and our room changed. Very clean and comfortable room. My only complaint is that the bottom sheet wasn’t big enough to tuck under the mattress and was too small which was annoying as we had to keep re making the bed. We had breakfast on the last day and it was very nice. Staff friendly. Parking good value at £3 per night.

Brilliantly located next to the tram stop and Railway Station.  Easy access to the city and places of interest.

Staff were helpful and kind even when we arrived very early in the morning and our room wasnt ready.

Luggage was stored securely for when we came back later.

Restaurant is fantastic serving all sorts of food and breakfast was amazing.  

Would definately stay here again.

Good staff,very helpful even though they were run of there feet.nothing was to much .
Easy to get to with tram and train link's. Costa and shops across the road big Tesco. Would definitely if traveling to the airport would use again .taxi 17 pounds.tram runs 7 to 7 costs 7 80.

Great hotel if you’re flying from Edinburgh Airport. You will need to drive or get a taxi but it’s only around 10mins away. It was clean and spacious. We had a room on the ground floor which was great for unloading our large amount of baggage. 

We would definitely stay again. 

Couple of things that were a slight hindrance. We called the hotel over 15 times to try to tell them we would be late (arrived at 5am) but nobody answered so when we did arrive our reservation had been removed from the system during their ‘end of day’ processes. 
The car park is not situated straight outside either of the entrances so you will either need to unload at an entrance before parking or carry your bags (not an issue if you don’t have much luggage but we were embarking on a month long round the world trip)

The hotel is just across the road from Edinburgh Park train and tram stop. So convenient for getting in/out of the City. 
The breakfast was good. Black out curtains are great, no light gets in.

Negatives - Windows don’t open so lots of condensation. Windowsills had lots of water sitting.

We actually went to Thyme to eat as we were staying in another hotel nearby that doesn’t serve evening food. We were seated promptly, allergies taken seriously, great service and well cooked and presented food. Couldn’t have been happier.

Great location for getting tram to Edinburgh. Hotel very clean and room was great. Staff service was amazing - colleague called Mango was super helpful and very friendly at checking - nothing  too much of a problem, just what you want on checkin
