Just the one saturday night stay. Warm welcome, clean comfortable room with all commonly expected facilities. Decor is overwhelmingly horse racing themed but is well done. Good size car park and we were allowed to leave the car there all day Sunday while we went on a rail trip. Breakfast is Continental only, which we knew beforehand, but is generous with plenty of choices. For the cost we have no complaints whatsoever.

Lovely hotel. Great value for money. Warm welcome. Clean modern decor. Ample parking at rear of hotel. Beautiful room and ensuite. Nice selection cereal, fruit and toast next morning. Only 10 minute walk into town. Would definitely recommend 100%.

Just left kellet hotel,went for our anniversary and to wonder around doncaster, we are very satisfied with this hotel, clean quiet and not far from the centre for shopping pubs and market, the young lady on reception was very pleasant as asked everytime we came or went out if everything was ok for us, yes very pleased and would definitely stay again  Thank you for a pleasant stay...

This hotel is modern, clean and has a horse racing theme throughout; but whether your going to the races or just visiting Doncaster itself it’s a great location not far from the centre of town or the racecourse as well. The room was lovely and the staff were very friendly too, all in all we will be coming back.

Just stayed at kellet hotel last minute choice and it was absolutely perfect..  all modern done out , sue was very welcoming and very very clean. Definitely definitely stay again.. the place was just perfect & a perfect location  :0)

Came to the racers me and the wife last saturday very welcoming when we got there.checked in early witch was good its only 10 mins walk from town centre 10 mins walk to the racers.the room was spottless the bed very comfy the breakfast was good will be coming back again.

Definitely I would highly recommend this cozy place. With the historical designs of the horse race.

Ignore all previous reviews about 'drunk man with dogs running it' as this is certainly not the case now. This B&B was clean and comfortable at an extremely reasonable price. Sue and Roger waited for us as we couldn't get there until 9:30 as were driving up from London after work. Room was very clean, cosy and more spacious than i'd expected. Rooms are close together though, and we were on top floor- all floors only accessible by stairs. Tv with all channels and clean bathroom. Breakfast was decent for price we paid as it was included so toast, cereal, coffee and tea and juice all available. The location itself didn't feel safe, but the hotel was fine for us. Car park too. All in all very happy with our stay and even better for the price. Thank you!

Very comfortable hotel  at reasonable price     clean and has friendly staff.   Not expensive TV  Wi Fi and shower all worked well.    Good continental  Only down side was no soap in my room or shower. I bought my own  that evening as a result  tho mentioned it to lady.  Next night  still no soap  - she then claimed I had. Said I did not need soap now I had my own ! This was not true of course ! .   Soap ought to have been there BOTH  nights anyway  Weird eh ?   But that's a small quibble I would recommend this hotel  quite willingly  there are bus stops right outside and hotel is most comfy .

Came here with the wife and staff for the races.
The parking was a bit difficult to find but when found plenty of space.
We arrived early and they managed to get one room released so we could change as we had to get to the races for 11.30.
The rooms were really hot and couldn’t work out how cool. They were clean and tidy and the en-suite was superb.
The breakfast was basic with toast croissants tea coffee and juice, but it served its purpose.
The situation was close to town and about 15 minutes across the park to the races .
When we got back later about 12 pm there were a lot of prostitutes about but that’s not the hotels fault. 
Overall served its purpose and was clean and tidy.

Good town centre  hotel in Donny

Kellet house.

Horse race night 

Needed a place to crash after a day at the races. Kellett is a mile away from track and less than 60 quid b and continental b

Easy check in. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Ten minute walk to town. Refurbished rooms done to a high standard. Modern bathrooms and good shower

All in all a decent choice. Very clean too. Will stay again. Recommended
