This has to be one of the best Premier Inns I’ve stayed in. All the reception and cleaning staff were friendly,helpful and welcoming but a special mention and extra thank you has to go to the lovely Claire who went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I’ll be back!

Stayed this weekend with the family, Darren and the staff at Premier Inn Derby West couldn't have been more helpful.

Very understanding, considerate and handled our requests immediately without fuss.

Last minute decision to stay out for a night, had a nice welcome at reception, the room was comfortable and clean. It was nice to find a little treat left for me in the room which was a nice touch and wasn't expected. Bed was comfy and a great sleep

Me and my girlfriend were visiting Derby to attend my mates wedding. Arrived at the hotel early and we were able to check in at 11am for a small fee of £10. Hotel really close to Darley Abbey venue, decent nights sleep and breakfast. 

Well run hotel and good location. Has car parking and Beefeater restaurant on site. It has Aldi supermarket next door (useful for snacks etc). Opposite is Royal Derby Hospital which is useful if visiting someone. 

Good location with free parking and free WiFi. I was greeted by friendly staff on reception and check in was easy and stress free. My room was nicely laid our, spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything was in good working order. Nice complimentary shower gel too. I felt secure and comfortable. Would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great service, great rooms, and quiet surroundings. Had a trainee on the desk when we arrived and it was lovely to see the interaction between the new and current team. Stay in a lot of these. This one did not disappoint. Just what was needed for the two of us

hotel was very welcoming,  staff was great,  room was very clean and comfortable,  
restaurant wasn't worth visiting,  poor food,  restaurant staff was more interested in there social life than making sure the customers were enjoying themselves 

Went above and beyond!! My daughter was having major surgery opposite. They went out of their way to enable us to have an early check in the day of her surgery so we could wait in comfort. Debbie was brilliant and all the other staff and they made a truly anxious time better for us. A huge thank you! We really appreciated your kindness xxx

Very basic, which is all you expect for the price, bed only a double bit cramped but pillows and mattress comfy.
Otherwise just a basic room which was clean and at the end of the day did the job for us over a weekend , was close to an Aldi supermarket and not that far from ma8n derby centre , so well ,located

Our stay in Derby was marred when our car brokedown on Saturday morning. However, Christine, the Premier Inn manager on duty was hugely understanding and supportive as we made the necessary calls for recovery and hire car. She is a credit to Premier Inn!
