I just wanted to say it is so nice to receive incedible customer service at this hotel and can't thank them enough. After Driving down 4 hours from Newcastle, I arrived at the hotel, only to find out that I had accidentaly booked for the following week and unfortunaltey they were full. It was a genuine error on my part and I was tired and it was late and obviously just feeling a bit upset. Tasmin on reception was just brilliant, she jsut put me at ease and fully supported me to find another hotel a short drive away. Not only that she went above and beyond to print the confirmation from that hotel incase their were issues with the email confirmation. I can't thank her enough for kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you again and gutted I wasnt able to stay but will be back for work again soon, so will make sure I book here (with the right date) Thanks Again - :)
