I couldn’t have asked for a better service from the lady on reception Christine. Most hotels I go to on my travels you get a brief hello and told where your room is but Christine was very warm and welcoming and accommodating to where I parked etc

We stayed for a long weekend visiting family
Great price, free parking
The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It (just about) had enough space for two extra beds for the children. 
We opted for the breakfast deal (which we would not usually do but are really glad we did). 
The breakfast was great. Good variety of food (cooked, continental, eggs, fruit and freshly ground coffee). And all good quality. 
The staff were very friendly and helpful (special mention to Tracy)
We will definitely choose here again when visiting our family.

Great hotel in terms of value for money. It's comfortable and well located but it's the staff that make the place what it is! So friendly and welcoming, especially towards the kids. There is always some kind of activity set up in the room for the kids to make it interesting for them.

A fantastic stay!  Christine on the front desk could not have done more to accommodate us, even changing our room for a bigger one as the hotel wasn't busy.  The hotel was all kept very clean and as always, brekkie was amazing!  Very grateful to the waiter who made a point of inspecting (and praising) the snowman our kids had made (it wasn't great, but it was lovely of him to say it was!!).

We arrived on Wednesday early evening and were greeted by a lovely young lady , she asked how are journey had been ,and checked us in . She also told us to make sure we registered our car every time we went out as not to be charged by the private firm who runs the car park.Our room was nice and clean with tea and coffee facilities and a hairdryer.The shower was in the bath , you also have shower gel and hand wash supplied,I found the bath a bit high for me to get in and out off because of having difficulty with my knees , but I managed with husband’s help .You can book accessible rooms , I’m just fiercely independent and think these rooms are needed by people who have worse mobility than me . We found the hotel perfect for our needs and the staff are all wonderful and nothing is too much for them .The hotel has a beefeater restaurant attached to it , we ate here ,food was good and reasonably priced .So if you don’t want to spend a fortune, we would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I have recently had cause to stay at Morton Park on a number of occasions recently when visiting family who are unable to accommodate me.
The staff are always friendly and make me feel welcome as well as feeling special.

Very pleased with room & comfortable bed as always, plus exceptional service from friendly staff especially Christine , she’s always very friendly & efficient, a cheerful warm person and a valuable asset to Premier Inns Morton Park - Our favourite place to stay.

Staff at the premier inn are extremely friendly and hopefully,one of the ladies working there named Christine goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome,the building is well situated with ample parking and with having the beef eater next to the premier inn then no need to look anywhere else for top quality food and drink

Friendly helpful reception staff. Good clean rooms. The only small con was that we could slightly hear someone snoring in the next room, it didn't disturb our sleep.

I stayed for 2 nights whilst attending a motorcycle event at the nearby Croft Circuit.
Good reception and well up to the usual Premiere Inn standard, I will be back !!!.
Just a pity the adjacent Beefeater was not up to the same standard of service.

A good hotel

A happy friendly place to stay 

So much of this hotel is good, especially the staff, but there were a couple of niggles that would have made it really good. Firstly, I had an adapted room as I am recovering from knee replacement surgery. The lower bed was perfect, but getting out of the bath after having a shower was virtually impossible! There are lots of hand rails to hold on to when getting in, but nothing to help getting out! If I had not been alone, I could have held onto my partner, but I did not fancy pulling the red cord to ask for assistance! I did finally manage it, but have never been so relieved to get out of the bath.  Maybe an option in some rooms to have just a walk in shower rather than a bath might be a better option?  Not necessarily in the adapted rooms which can be wet room style and which are not completely necessary for people with less limiting problems. Also, I  paid £5 for internet coverage, this never worked, my iPad just kept saying ‘something went wrong, please try again’. Not sure how this can be rectified.
Overall though I enjoyed my stay, and definitely provided an anecdote to tell my children, who both replied ‘tell me you didn’t!’ before I got to the end of it!

Friendly staff greeted our party of 4 upon arrival and checked us into our two rooms.  The rooms were spacious and clean and quiet.  The only disturbance was a truck making a drinks delivery outside our window at 7.15am.  The Beefeater restaurant next door is accessible from the hotel via an internal corridor.  Food there is good although around 50% of the menu was unavailable because a new menu was due to start shortly.

An excellent Premier Inn

We live near London and came upto morton Park Darlington for our holiday to visit family in the North. our experience at the premier Inn was made excellent by the assistance of the staff at the hotel. Especially by one member in particular Angela she was very helpful and a credit to the hotel with our requests of extra pillows,snacks for my kids and most importantly moving us late in the evening to a different room as the room we were first staying in was extremely hot. She assisted in moving us to a Cooler part of the hotel (including carrying our luggage). This was very helpful as my kids were struggling to sleep and be very agitated due to the heat of the room even though we were supplied with fans. however the only downside I found with the hotel there is no air conditioning this would help for the summer months on a whole our experience has been very good and would stay here again

Excellent staff and very accommodating

Our 11th Premier Inn and once again spotlessly clean, spacious comfortable room, delicious food, great value and lovely staff. I unfortunately have one comment that I need to make. This is the first time I have experienced this issue. No plug sockets by the bed. This may seem trivial to most but my husband and I are both CPAP users and need power for our apparatus. Fortunately we carry an extension lead as sometimes there is only a socket on one side but this did mean we had wires trailing round the room. This could have very dangerous if we were staying for more than one night. I just wanted to make other potential customers aware that bed side plug sockets are not guaranteed so please check when booking if it's important to you. We still had a great stay so thank you.

Great value as usual 

After a god awful day we had, driving 4+ hours only to be crashed into by some speeding idiots. I was happy to hit the pillows and sleep, the room itself was updated and mostly clean, few odds and end but nothing to kick off about.
Only down side was the meal my wife and I had next door at the beefeater but isn’t any fault of the premier inn.
After a good nights sleep we left and I’d be happy to return.

Awful start, great finish.

I have spent many nights (too many to count) at this hotel whilst working in Darlington and have always been welcomed by friendly and courteous staff who seem genuinely keen to provide a good service. The hotel is ideally located for business stays in the Darlington area. Rooms and public areas are always clean. Rooms are modern and adequately equipped for business travellers with desks, tea and coffee making facilities, bath and decent showers good TV and comfortable beds. 
The only slight frustration with the rooms is that the free ‘standard’ WiFi is not good and I do object to paying for the ‘premium WiFi (I don’t).
