The staff is welcoming and passionate, the rooms are comfortable and elegant, and the breakfast features a variety of carefully prepared options. We chose homemade jams, which were truly delightful, and scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, cooked to perfection. I'm writing in Covid times, and I can safely say the staff adheres to guidelines with great care while remembering to value human connection. Perfect for a relaxing holiday.

This B&B run by its kind and friendly hosts Martin and Ken deserves all of the fabulous reviews that it has received of the years.

A warm welcome on arrival, lovely views, a clean and spacious en-suite room for the night followed by a freshly made breakfast. This B&B was excellent value for money for a 1 night stay in the Highlands with my partner. Thank you for your amazing hospitality Martin and Ken. I Would highly recommend this hidden gem :) 

What a great find this place was. Amazing value for money in a part of Scotland that can usually charge crazy prices. The hosts (Ken and Martin) are the friendliest people you will ever meet. They are a credit to the UK travel industry.
Room is comfy and very clean. WiFi fast. Breakfast tasty. What more could you ask for.

We spent one night here on a tour around the highlands. What a little gem of a place! Rooms are very clean and comfortable with a  good selection of teas and hot chocolate in the room. The home baked ginger cake was a delicious bonus. Martin and Ken are the most amazing hosts we arrived as guests and felt we left as friends. 

What a fantastic stay we had in Serendipity!! Thankyou both so much for everything!! The owners Ken & Martin went above & beyond looking after us...everything is spotless & clean to a very high standard...our room was so lovely...cosy.. with everything you need... bed was very comfy.. ..the gardens are stunning..1st class hosts..& 1 of the best breakfasts we've had! x loved the homemade jams!! would 100% recommend staying here..we will definitely be back..

Fantastic place to stay, a 10 minute drive from the shores of Loch Ness. We stayed in January 2019 (better late than never!), just after New Year. Martin and Ken were fantastic hosts, in hand for any queries and full of suggestions for where to explore.

The surrounding scenery is ideal, the property is very homely and the room was really nicely presented, clean and comfortable.

My husband and I just came back from a wonderful visit to Scotland. This B&B is British/Scottish hospitality at its finest! The hosts Martin and Ken are just sweetest and kindest people who really care about the well-being of their guests and their property. Our room is spotless and there are all sorts of little treats waiting for us. Our arrival time was delayed due to various reasons and Martin was so easy to communicate with. I had smoked salmon and eggs for breakfast which was made to order using the freshest ingredients. they also make their own jam! Highly recommend and wish to go back again soon!!

Such a brilliant stay. Martin and Ken were amazing hosts, full of energy and made you feel welcome. Great BnB, beautiful grounds and excellent food. 
Martin and Ken even went out of their way to give good advice about traveling to Skye the next day! 
Can’t wait to see it in the winter months! 

Martin and Ken are the sweetest! Right when we arrived Martin invited us right in, food is excellent, and the homemade jams are fantastic. Martin provided us with information for our trip the next day to Isle of Skye. Be sure to take a nice walk down the road, the views are incredible. It is 100% worth it to go out of the way and stay here. I would recommend this B&B over and over again!

Everything was perfect!
Site is a little bit isolated but beautiful and peaceful (we had a view on the mountains).
The room is big, nicely decorated and well equipped. Breakfast was very good. 
Last but not least, the host is just amazing. Martin is very very friendly and so welcoming.
We spent a little time (not enough) discussing and it was just a pleasure. Many thanks!

Serendipity Bed and Breakfast was lovely!

Location is far away from "people", but in any case there are good indications to help to find this place on the road.
Except that...everything is EXCELLENT: rooms are clean and new, wi fi works well, breakfast is tasty (and highlight the homemade jams prepared by the owner) but the great value added are the Martin and Ken, the owners. They have a great hospitality and their recommendations about what to see in Scotland MUST be followed: they recommended to us a couple of place that then I have visited: amazing.
I also asked them to have breakfast 30 minutes before the standard time and they did. 
People if you are in Loch Ness area....go there!
