Wonderful B&B! Had everything that was needed. Felt like a home from home. Bed comfortable. Room & bathroom nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Beautiful location, stunning views and peaceful. Would definitely recommend.

Travelled with family for one week around Devon and Cornwall and this was our favourite place to stay. Lovely large farmhouse with a gorgeous garden and cattle in the fields. Rita the Owner was very friendly and helpful and we had a delicious breakfast-cereal, fruit & yogurt and a full English. We stayed in the family room which is large and very comfortable with a nice bathroom. The family room has a nice view of the garden and fields. You have to drive through some housing estates to get there but the farm is very private and there is no noise except for the singing of the birds! 
I highly recommend staying here if it is on your travel route.

Had a funeral to attend and we wanted a nice B&B to stay one night . It was better than nice it was superb and the owner so friendly . It was spotlessly clean , beds comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation and I would highly recommend if you want a warm welcome nice surroundings and a comfortable stay.

Sadly, we only had one night at this delightful accommodation.   The two rooms were extremely spacious, beautifully furnished and all the facilities were excellent.  The breakfast was cooked to perfection and served in the elegant dining room.  Set within charming gardens and surrounded by meadows, we could not have wished for better start to our recent holiday.  Would definitely recommend and return.

We stayed for one night on our way to Cornwall.  What a great find.  Whilst you may appear to travel through a newish housing estate to arrive this is a proper rural farm location with beautiful gardens and flowers.  We spent the evening sitting in the beautiful garden sipping wine and taking in the quiet surroundings.  The rooms are spacious and well equipped with views over the countryside.....and very quiet.  Our host, Rita, could not do enough for us.  Breakfast is of a high quality and fresh, local ingredients.  Could not recommend enough.

What a lovely B&B WeirFarm Mill is. Beautiful large room with an almost as large en-suite.A full English breakfast plus other alternatives served by Rita the host. Definitely a B&B to recommend and easy to get to from the motorway.

The setting for this B & B is idyllic, really- a large, beautifully kept garden bordered by a stream, and my room was large, airy and beautifully presented. A really pleasant touch was the pair of comfortable easy chairs with foot-stools arranged to enjoy the garden through the large window. Good bed and linen, and en suite facilities with a good strong shower. Easy parking. There are a pub and a cafe within reasonable walking distance, and the peace of the place is all anyone could want. For those travelling during the current scourge, the covid precautions were in place and respectfully enforced. The owner was very friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the price very reasonable... if you want more from a B & B, you're hard to please!

We booked 2 rooms for 1 night recently and we were very pleased with our stay. We found the Rita to be very nice and served us with Tea and biscuits on arrival. The rooms were clean as were the en-suites. Very good full english breakfast. Would recommend stay there again and is only a few miles from the Cullumpton junction of the M5.

We stayed at this B&B because we were going to a wedding nearby.  It's a lovely B&B, Rita and her husband really made us feel at home straightaway. Our room had everything we needed as well as a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding countryside. We had a perfectly cooked full English breakfast (both days :)) but also had the choice of fruit, cereal, yogurts, toast, etc!  

Highly recommend :)

Try and book directly rather than online, that way the hosts can take the full amount they deserve and not lose 15% of it the nightly cost to a booking company :)

Lovely B&B

We arrived at this beautiful, quiet setting to be greeting by our friendly host who showed us to our comfortable clean rooms. The local pub, which provides excellent food, is an easy 10 min walk away. Breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious with a varied range of dishes. Our host went over and above to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you. We would definitely recommend Weir Mill for all travellers.

Charming, comfortable, friendly home

We stayed at this B&B as was nearby a wedding we were going to and we decided to make a weekend of it. This is a lovely B&B where the hostess really does make you feel at home. The room has all the extras you would want, tea, coffee, biscuits, hot chocolate, shampoo, shower gel, and my room had lovely views of the field which were filled with sheep, which was a very pleasant view. The local pub is a 10 minute walk which had poop table and music and everyone there very friendly, had a gorgeous restaurant in the pub too, with lovely food. The B&B itself did breakfast which really did have everything. Full English how you want it, fruit, cereal, yogurts, toast, etc! Only 3 rooms available so we took the whole place which was lovely, so great if your going with family and all want to stay in one place as has a family home home feel.

Stayed here as it was nearest to the wedding venue, lovely farmhouse dating back to the 13th century, our double room was lovely, overlooking the lovely flower garden and countryside, our morning breakfast was very good a good selection other than full English breakfast, cereals fresh fruit salad fruit juice a selection of yogurts. This is a good stop over if your on the way to Cornwall as it’s just 15 minutes of the M5. Payment is cash only.

Family wedding 

We spent two nights here when attending an Exeter University graduation ceremony and it was a good choice. It was a straightforward half hour drive from the city and lovely and peaceful. The farmhouse is set at the end of a lane with good parking and pretty, flower-filled gardens. Our room was large and comfortable with a ginormous and spotlessly clean bathroom - separate shower cubicle and big tub with toiletries. We had everything we needed, including warm drinks and biscuits and the wifi worked perfectly. We slept really well both nights thanks to a very comfortable bed and the tranquillity of the surroundings. Despite there being other guests the thick, stone walls meant we never heard a thing which is a rarity in these days of paper thin-walled rabbit warrens. Breakfast was a good choice of fruit and cereals with full english and very satisfying.
The service is professional and discreet.
All in all this was a relaxing base for a hectic couple of days. Recommended.

Comfort and tranquility

This B&B is situated a couple of miles from the motorway on the edge of a small village.  It is spotlessly clean throughout, has a lovely garden with views and we had a warm welcome from the owner.  The bedroom was very spacious with comfy seats and footrests overlooking the garden.  The hospitality tray was better than most, with plenty of biscuits, bottled water and chocolates. The breakfast was more than adequate and plentiful.  A really lovely place to stay with a very reasonable price.
