A little bit of home. Fairways Guest house is so welcoming with a homely feel. The host is so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and airy, with an incredibly warm comfortable bed. The bedding and towels are spotlessly clean along with the ensuite bathroom.

The guest house is in a perfect location for town and the bus station. 

I will definitely be returning.

Lovely stay in Newquay, very accessible from the town centre and beaches and a very accomodating and friendly place to stay. Would definitely recommend for two people or on your own - Jo was lovely and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Much nicer than many Newquay hotels since it is out of the way of the rush and nightlife of the highstreet but still a very short distance from the highstreet. Thank you!

I stayed for a couple of nights while I had surf lessons in Newquay. The owner is super friendly, the room was comfy and had everything I needed (including an incredible sea view) and the breakfast was really good. Definitely recommend. 

From the very warm welcome to the breakfast, this small guest house had it all. I did not come to Newquay to sit in my bedroom all day so wasn't bothered about the size of the room. The room had the usual amenities and was very clean. The shower was hot and the guest house is in a great location. The breakfast was cooked to order and was superb. Will return.

Great host and warm welcome, good location for town, clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. If you are looking for a good nights sleep in a great value B&B then definitively recommended Fairways. Thanks Jo for looking after us. 

Stayed overnight in October '18, was there for a family funeral. I took a gentleman with early onset dementia. Our Hostess Jo showed great empathy and patience with the gentleman in question, even though she was unaware of the situation.

We had seperate rooms and both rooms were very spacious, with comfy beds. Although the en suite shower rooms were small this was expected as fitting 8 bedrooms with 8 ensuites is no easy feat. Both rooms had TV's which again were small screened but were both working and this wasn't a problem for us. I don't think that anyone going to Newquay is going  stay inside and watch TV all day anyway.

One major plus was the pedestal fan in my room which was used nearly all night, Tea and coffee facilities are provided and the breakfast was excellent. 

I would have no hesitation in booking again, just hope the circumstances of any visit would be better.

I had 3 rooms booked here and unfortunately with the terrible weather I was unable to travel to the B and B. The owners very kindly allowed me to re book for a different date at no extra cost which is amazing and shows that they are genuine lovely people who I am looking forward to meeting in April. 

The view from the window was breathtaking and the location is really convenient. Joanne was as kind as you expect your landlady to be.
The Guest House doesn't serve breakfasts in the dining room. It's possible to buy them and have them delivered to your room but as the room is rather small we decided that it was a better idea to have our breakfasts in the Towan Blystra pub which is 10 minutes walk from the Guest House and serves decent food much cheaper.

Excellent host.
Fine breakfast, good location, quiet neighbourhood.
At breakfast you choose vegetarian or non vegetarian, the vegetarian breakfast is excellent.
Tea and coffee aplenty in a lovely relaxing space.
Do try it out.
