Superb dog friendly luxury barn conversions well situated on a farm with surrounded by acres of farmland and perfect to visit all the lovely villages in the cotswolds and Stratford Upon Avon. Friendly, helpful owners and really beautifully appointed accommodation.

No expense spared for this self catering accommodation, with helpful onsite owners.
With only two steps in the property we found it ideal for our elderly parents who appreciated smooth floors and wet room with walk in shower. 

Attended a family wedding for the weekend & stayed in the Farmhouse, it was perfect from the minute we arrived until we left! They really have thought of everything. The room was spotless with amazing views & the breakfast was delicious with all local produce. The grounds are beautiful, a perfect place for a wedding. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We have recently had a long weekend in Boddington barn at Norton grounds.
A perfect cottage for two, set on a delightful farm with stunning B&B  /Farm House, other fabulous converted barns and a wedding barn for those wishing to hold weddings here in such a beautiful location.
This really is a Cotswold gem, lovely landscaped gardens, walks from the door and such peace and tranquility.
Everything was only a few miles away, nowhere too far to drive, you soon find yourself in the most beautiful Cotswold villages..... Norton grounds is a must place to stay for a holiday.... We hope to return. 100% recommend. Thank you Andrew and family for a lovely birthday weekend... Many Happy memories.

Huckleberry Barn was clean, spacious, well equipped and perfect for our family get together after a difficult year.
The bedrooms are spacious , the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern.
The kitchen was well equipped and the owners even took delivery of a supermarket shop for us and put it in the fridge , freezer or cupboard as appropriate. We met the owners on arrival and departure and they were very friendly.
We had young children with us who appreciated the small play area with ride on tractor , bike and trike. They also loved the horses, sheep, moorhens and rabbits in the fields surrounding the barn. The garden is well thought out with table tennis table and thatched gazebo for alfresco dining.
The local area has many things to do and is within easy driving distance of Stratford upon Avon and Broadway. The Cotswold Way is also close by with many walks in the local area.
A lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings.

This place is incredible. Everything is well thought of!  Kitchen utensils are great, games are provided for kids, comfortable sofas, clean bathrooms (well actually the whole place is impeccable!), grounds are lovely to walk around and the pictures just do not do this place justice!  So glad we booked and will definitely keep this place in mind again. 

Andrew is also a fantastic host. Very kind and helpful.

An absolutely beautiful barn renovation keeping original building features and character. The whole barn is so warm and comfortable, I really am impressed just how brilliant our stay was. Nice walks available on the door stop and plenty of pubs to choose from.
