We always stay here on our visits to Coventry- it’s a great hotel, clean and quiet and staff lovely- we even had a good natter with the guy on reception with was from Macedonia, he was so friendly! Thanks for another pleasant stay, although we were a bit surprised the Brewers Faye had gone next door!

Great nights stay

Always good predictable comfort. I love premier Inn. Wherever in the country I stay, I find the same level of service,  same comforts, same room layout etc. I like that familiarity. The online booking system is fast and efficient and staff are always friendly and welcoming.

We enjoyed a pleasant over night stop here on our way South. The room was quiet and clean. The TV was a bit small and tucked away. We bought a meal deal as the restaurant has re-opened and felt that it was good value. The restaurant staff and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

A pleasant one night stop

Stayed here for our football away day. Location was perfect, hotel was value for money and the staff were very friendly. Rooms comfortable couldn’t ask for any more. Breakfast was also value for money.

Coventry Away

I stayed at the hotel because I had a  work event the next day, the staff were kind and caring especially Gillian, I had a problem getting my necklace to do up and after 15 frustrating minutes I went down to the front desk where Gillian was more than willing to help me!!! All the staff were amazing 

Amazing staff

The bed was hands down the most comfortable bed ive ever slept in. Nice clean powerful shower. We only stayed one night, didn't eat here as we were meeting friends for dinner. We would stay here again. Staff were nice and friendly.

Excellent customer service.  Toni, the receptionist welcomed us so warmly and was extremely helpful.  The rooms were immaculate and the Inn is situated next to a Brewers Fayre which was exceptional value for money.   All the staff at the Premier Inn were extremely helpful and friendly.  A great experience.  Thank you.

This hotel I would recommend.  Is quiet and you are able to have a great night sleep.  Right next door is The Brewer's Fayre that has some great meal deals.  The beds are really comfortable and the hand wash and shower gel are really good quality

Excellent night sleep

Antoinette was brilliant, sorting out alternative accommodation for us when the heating in the hotel, in mid-December, was on the blink.  Despite difficulties with the (re)booking system, she wouldn't give up and managed to book us into the nearby Rugby hotel, which was a great relief as it was late and we'd had a long day on the road.  Thank you Antoinette!
