An experience to remember
Set in a rural location and close to Castle Comb, Lacock and other places of interest, Farm Park Barn is a beautiful place to be. We came from Moonraker in Strattford Upon Avon, an extremely small place and arriving there was the start of a very different experience for the same price.
We were greeted by Terry, a very friendly and pleasant man and shared breakfast with another equally pleasant guest. The next day Kate, his wife, was equally as nice and we were able to chat a lot with her.
The place is well appointed, bright, spacious, quiet and it was a pleasure to stay there for three nights. We were sorry to have to leave.
We bought some delicious pick-nick food from a lady at Castle Comb who served us dinner and from the Bed and Breakfast we also went to nearby Bath.
I would definitely go back.

We had a wonderful ‘off grid escape break’ here.  Kate was the best host, really great communication and excellent recommendations of where to visit, done and see. 
Breakfast was wonderful; cereals, lots of berries, yogurt, fresh baked pastries, toast and local eggs.  One day we had some lovely fresh melon and another meats and cheeses. Fresh coffee & juices every morning too. 
We stayed in the loft, which was so spacious and just perfect with the handy fridge and kitchen area. 
It was light and airy but cosy too.

Warm well furnished accommodation in a lovely quiet location. Perfectly placed for visiting Bath, Laycock and other surrounding areas. Everything thing was provided for a perfect stay to include some lovely fudge! Also a lovely breakfast served up by the charming host where nothing was too much trouble.

The farm was a truly wonderful peaceful place to stay within walking distance across the park of the charming village of Corsham, and a great base to explore Bath and other picturesque local villages. We stayed in the loft which is beautifully designed, everything you could might need is provided including small touches such milk, a range of drinks and fudge on arrival. A freshly cooked breakfast each day and wonderful hospitality made a visit complete. We would highly recommend a stay and look forward to returning again soon.

Wonderful quiet place, with everything you need. Very comfortable stay and will definitely return again. A nice walk into Corsham, or easy to drive to Corsham, Lacock, Chippenham and Bath.

The farm is lovely, the rooms pleasant and cozy.  the location is convenient for trails in the  wonderful Cotswolds' area. We had good breakfasts with an intimate atmosphere and a warm and unique welcoming attitude of Kate, the owner. We were sad to leave...

This is up there with the best B&Bs that we have stayed in. It is simply faultless. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We were kept well stocked with a wide range of drinks and snacks and local fudge as well. The surrounds and the gardens were really lovely. Breakfast was excellent. A typical full English breakfast with a range of cereals and fruit and yoghurt available as well. The cooked breakfast was beautifully prepared and, once again, quality shone through.
Kate is a brilliant hostess who ensures that you are comfortable and have everything that you need without being overbearing. Happy to offer advice about how to get to places and to make the most of your stay.
If you are planning a visit to the area then you will not find a better place to stay and I am really glad that we found this accommodation for our recent 4 day trip.

A truly lucky find. Wonderful place. We had the ground floor room with an ensuite bathroom. The accommodation was spotless, tastefully decorated and the attention to detail was faultless. Generous assortment of drinks, lovely biscuits and a bag of delicious fudge on arrival. The bed was huge and very comfy. The gardens are stunning and the views and the peacefulness made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Kate was the perfect host making sure that every aspect of our stay was faultless. The freshly cooked breakfast was delicious. All the places that we wanted to visit were about half an hour to three quarters of an hour away so it was the perfect spot for us. Would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you so much.

Could not recommend highly enough. It is truly the best sleep I have had at any accommodation - the bed was so comfortable and it was beautifully quiet. The room is exceptional with amenities you would not expect for the price. I was made to feel nothing but welcome. Lovely breakfast. Parking onsite, easy to find and lovely walks.

Everything was superb, the hosts friendly and welcoming. Breakfast just fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. Our bed was large and very comfy. 
The gardens are all that one could hope for, the views fed the soul,  peace and happiness crept back into our pandemic lives.

What a fantastic find is Park Farm Barn!!  Absolutely beautiful settings and lovely old stone buildings.  We stayed in The Loft which is a modern conversion inside but very in keeping with the whole farmstead on the outside.  The room was absolutely spotless, the wet room bathroom excellent, everything was spot on.  The bed was large and very comfortable, the sofas in the television area were exceptionally comfortable.  There is a small kitchen area in The Loft with an oven, fridge, glasses, plates etc. etc. and very thoughtfully there were biscuits, tea and coffee supplied with a lovely jug of fresh milk.  On arrival there was also a delicious bag of handmade fudge available, which I scoffed as my husband is diabetic!!  Bathroom supplies were excellent, lovely towels, plenty of cleaning materials, we wanted for nothing.  Extremely good value for money and so much nicer than staying in a hotel.  Breakfast included in the price was cooked for us each morning and was absolutely delicious with home made marmalade, eggs from the farm and what I suspected was home made bread, although I never got round to asking Kate as we were talking too much the whole time!!!  Nothing was too much trouble for both Kate and her husband, and we are so looking forward to staying with them again.

2 night say in The Loft

I strayed at the gust house where I got a clean well appointed room with bathroom etc. No service, no dinner or breakfast but neither was needed.
Park Farm is 5 mins from the airport with a mini bus service, it's very good and a damn site cheaper than the airport parking.  `£29 as opposed to £76. My wife and I like Bristol Airport and will use Park Farm again.
