Eureka Villa

I stayed for one night while doing a few days walking the South West coast path. I had a twin room in the garden with en suite. The room was nice and bright and clean. Breakfast was excellent with cereals, fresh fruit , croissants and pastries and "full English". Jim took me back down to Hayle in the morning so I could start on the path again. Good value. Ideal location if you want to be away from the crowds in St Ives etc.

I 100% echo the comments of previous visitors, they summarise Eureka exactly as I want to!

We were booked in for just one night and were warmly welcomed by the owners who were both thoroughly nice genuine people; you knew you had entered their home and not their business!

Our room which was the family room, 1 double and one single bed, was large extremely clean & very comfortable, the furniture and carpet were basic, fully adequate for our 1 night stay and in good order.

In the morning breakfast was delicious and the service was great! 
Lots of choice of good quality and expertly cooked.
Far better than your typical Premier or Travelodge offerings.

Wi-Fi worked well and the aged TV, once you master it was fine.

The rooms are not ensuite but we were right opposite the bathrooms and they were of good and clean standard, however the separate shower room could do with an upgrade

The road outside was a little noisy with the window open but it had modern double glazing and leaving it open was our choice.

There is a decent pub in easy walking distance where bar meals and good real ale is available.

This is not a destination hotel; it’s a genuine simple down to earth honest-to-goodness old fashioned English B&B, nothing more nothing less.

Its unbelievable value for money, and I really do mean UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Don’t expect the Dorchester as it is basic but then again you will pay less for B&B than you would for a G&T at the Dorchester!

Situated away from the crowded tourist areas whilst still near enough to explore the area. Was made to feel very welcome and enjoyed a superb breakfast. Rooms not en suite but were only a few steps away from the bathroom / shower room and didn't actually bother us at all. Would highly recommend.

Real friendly and homely feel to the Eureka. Jim and Mandy are very welcoming hosts. The beds, pillows were comfortable and we all slept well (despite Fiona's snoring !!!) The coffee and tea facilities in the room were very generous. The breakfast was excellent; you even get homemade jam ! No en suite but this was not a problem at any time. The three of us stayed for one night and it only cost £70 !!! Brilliant value for money and you could not wish for such lovely hosts.

Our tour of Cornwall bought us to Eureka Villa for 3 nights. This B&B was convenient to the to the Western half of Cornwall. Just down the road ( 100 yards ) was a pub that was friendly and did good meals, and within easy reach was the town of Hayle which catered for all your needs. The accommodation at Eureka Villas was modest but clean and the hosts were great people willing to help wherever they could. the day was always started with a good breakfast and some friendly advice ( if needed ) on how to plan your travels for the day.
