My boyfriend and I recently stayed here and it was a lovely B&B. The room was a good size, the bathroom was modern and everything was clean. Antonia also makes a great cooked breakfast. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed here with my partner for 2 nights on an "adventure" break of sorts. We climbed the Watkin Path of Snowdon on day 1 and Rode the Marin (or Gwydir Mawr) MTB trail on the second day.

The b&b is a little hard to find at firdt so keep your eyes peeled but once you arrive the setting is really beautiful. So serene and peaceful. The grounds are lovely and the house is very clean and well looked after. Our bedroom was a decent size and had all the amenities you would expect including hot drink making facilities with biscuits, a tv, a wonderful bathroom with shower, dressing gowns and even fluffy hot water bottles. 

Breakfast is ordered in the book downstairs on the day before and it's the ready for you in the morning. We had a full Welsh (fry up) on both days and it really is delicious. The sausages in particular are a treat. There is also fresh fruit and yoghurt available as well as the hot food.

The owner is very welcoming and friendly and will help you in any way she can. I would highly recommend a stay here. It's a little away from the town of you want to go out and have a few drinks (you'll have to drive back) but it's a brilliant place to get away from the busy life and just relax. In a way I wish we'd had a longer stay, or not packed our days so full, so that we could've enjoyed the b&b a little more. 

My boyfriend and I stayed here and it was absolutely beautiful. There are only two rooms and it is the middle of no where so if you want peace and quiet it's absolutely perfect. 

Antonia the owner is fab and her breakfasts were brilliant.

The room was very spacious and immaculate. There was parking on site and lovely gardens overlooking the Snowdonia national park.

I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were made to feel so welcome by Antonia.  The room was excellent and well equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, tv etc and toiletries etc in the ensuite.  The whole house was peaceful and situated in a quiet collection of three or four properties on a hillside (Antonia provided excellent directions and hints on how to get there).
Breakfast was ordered the evening before and then freshly prepared for the time you nominated.  There was a large choice to suit many tastes and the cooked element was beautifully presented.
Antonia provided recommendations on request, both for places to eat the evening meal and also places to visit.
All in all a lovely couple of days at a lovely bed and breakfast, with an excellent hostess.

Ty Blaidd B&B has a friendly host called Antonia who from first contact was helpful and accommodating.  

The B&B itself is set a few minutes' drive outside of Betws-y-Coed so you have access to so many sights and things to do - we went up Snowdon and then visited a Copper mine, followed by a trip to Beddgelert.  

The B&B surroundings are rural and beautiful.  We opened our windows in the morning and heard horses whinnying and saw sheep grazing plus all kinds of bird life.

I believe Ty Blaidd has two rooms so you are assured a personal touch from your host.  The rooms were very well set up, with everything thought of to make your stay comfortable and easy.  The shower pressure was great.  The current photos do not do the rooms justice.    

Breakfast is cooked to your taste with Antonia checking your preferences on the cooked option.  The breakfast room is cosy and well catered.  We started with a fresh fruit salad and yoghurt each morning, followed by a cooked breakfast, with tasty local produce.  

I would absolutely stay with Antonia again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend her B&B, Ty Blaidd.
