This is a very nice B&B within reasonable walking distance of the town and attractions.
Room was fine ,clean, and the  shower was hot. Breakfast WAS beautifully cooked by your friendly host.
Toiletries and coffee/tea supplies were plentiful.
If there were to be a critique the bath towel really was on the small size but overall highly recommended.

A perfect get away for myself and my husband on our very 1st Anniversary. Graham is a genuinely lovely person, who made our stay. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was clean, comfortable and rather stylish with a Fab ensuite. Breakfast was gorgeous.
We had a wonderful stay and Would absolutely recommend to all.
We will deffo be returning. Thank you Graham x

Lovely welcome from Graham when we arrived and we managed to park on the front where there were 2 spaces. Graham showed us 2 rooms to choose from. We chose the large room on the front with 2 comfy chairs. TV fridge plenty of drawers and storage for clothes. Tea and coffee biscuits. Great shower with complementary toiletries. Very clean. Also an information book in the bedroom with taxi numbers etc. Just one little gripe the bath towels were not very big.
Easy to get into town turn left at the end of the road this takes you to town and railway station. We went right and it took longer.
Breakfast was very well cooked and fresh.Great bacon, lovely sausages  tomato beans and mushrooms. Cereals brown or white toast as much as you wanted. There were also yoghurt. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast when we arrived and also asked if we would like anything else apart from full English.
We had a lovely chat with Graham over breakfast and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the area. Also met his gorgeous dog.
Would definitely recommend. 

Already Wrote 1 Review But Stayed In A Different Room Still As Brilliant As The First Two Times Graham Is A Genuinly Freindly Lovely Man Its Like Hes Known Us All Our Life Treats Us Like Family Not Guests Both Of The Rooms We Have Stayed In Where Really Clean Had 2 Becarful This Time Not To Fall Down The Two Steps When I Went To Loo But All Was Ok. Also Breakfast Was Amazing & Free WIFI Cant Wait To Visit Again Soon. Thank You Graham Keep Up Your Hard Work

We stayed here for 3 nights (21-24Sept), lovely large double room with en suite, extremely clean and comfortable. Room had chairs, mini fridge,  TV, kettle, tea and coffee and plenty of electric sockets. I was really impressed by the tiny hairdryer which was as powerful as a full size one. Graham was welcoming and knowledgeable about the area for those who don't know Cleethorpes and  he cooked lovely breakfasts, there was a good variety on offer and you can order the day before if you fancy a change from a full English. Grahams little dog who we were introduced to on Saturday was adorable and affectionate,could have taken him home !! The room was cleaned every day and tea and coffee etc replenished. My only criticism would be that the towels are too small for after your shower other than that what a nice place to stay I would highly recommend this B&B to friends and family especially as breakfast is included in the price so great value for money.

A fantastic b&b which I would highly recommend. It is a great value for money and a lovely stay. The host Graham is extremely friendly and welcoming. We normally stay in hotels over b&b's but he made our stay extremely relaxing and enjoyable. As a host I felt he went above and beyond. 
The room was quiet despite being on a main road - We didn't hear a sound, even though we were nearer the front of the house. The cleanliness of the room was a good standard. Some features could be updated but it did not effect our stay or the standard of the room. The shower was powerful and there were thoughtful extras in the bathroom which was a lovely touch. 
The breakfast was of a fantastic quality. I can honestly say it is the best full English I have had. The quality of the bacon and sausage were amazing. They were thick, tasty and locally sourced produce. 
A fantastic value for money and I would definitely go back again soon!!
