Christmas day dinner for 5 of us. Absolutely delighted, meal was lovely, service was first class. Thank you and your extremely hard working and pleasant manner. Loved it and we had a great time will definitely go again next year. Meanwhile we always go there for lunch or evening meal

Although this hotel / pub is on a reasonably major road. the rooms are intelligently at the back, well insulated from the road.  No road noise inside the room.  And a pleasant view of fields at the back.

Nice bar.  Food in restaurant was pretty good, although my lamb was a little overcooked.  Pleasant room. Breakfast was excellent, although not sure why they pre-set tables for the guests all in a cluster - would rather have been able to choose my own table.

Recommended.

We had a lovely relaxing meal with excellent service. Daniel is an excellent host & nothing is too much trouble.

Great location for sight seeing in Pembrokeshire, a converted farm/barns, very tastefully done, rooms mainly in a U shape around a small yard, the bar/lounge area is very comfortable, there was a book of the area on each table to have a look at, great idea. The bar staff/waiters are fun and friendly, the food we had was very well cooked and presented, the chef is definitely on the ball, and a very nice chap too. Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice.
 The room we stayed in (room 4) was very well appointed, extremely nicely decorated, very classy. there was a mat to leave outdoor shoes on so the room stayed spic and span. The bed was lower than I usually like, but was very comfortable. 
The bathroom was extremely well tiled and appointed, shower over the bath wash basin loo and heated tile rail, and very nice toiletries too.
A kettle and tea and coffee facilities was included in the room. 
All in all we had a fab stay here at The Harp, and would love to visit again :-D keep up the great work chaps, it was lovely to meet you (and the pups)

We had a very comfortable nights stay here prior to our trip on the ferry to Ireland. It's in a very good location just a few miles from Fishguard.  We had a good breakfast in a lovely dining room.  The bar was open in the evening and an evening meal was available if required.

We stopped on the spur of the moment when passing. What a treasure. Wonderful home cooked food , great service and amazing staff. Very impressed with how team worked together. They were polite and observed coping well with more tricky customers.

Having stopped in this restaurant and bar for a meal. I found the staff, service and food great. The garlic bread with mozzarella is divine. It seems the food is mostly all homemade. Although I obviously haven't tried everything on the menu. One good thing was that the bar was dog friendly, although we don't currently have a dog. But one thing that I found a little disturbing was there was a particularly aggressive dog (staffy) in the bar when we were there, growling at other dogs. If I had a dog, I would have found this intimidating. Maybe the landlord needs to ensure only friendly dogs are allowed. Apart from this. I can't fault this place. I think they have rooms and a small caravan site on site too. I don't know on the cost of these. The restaurant was reasonably priced. I will return one day

We had a meal here and couldn’t fault it . Lots of choice on the menu and the food was excellent. Great service highly recommended . The pie was delicious and the lasagne was fabulous. Our meals were great value

Spent two nights here and would definitely return, all the staff we met were very friendly and efficient, breakfast was very good with a choice of cereals, a traditional full English, salmon or smoked haddock with scrambled egg and toast with a selection of jams and marmalade with plenty of tea and coffee. our room was spotless with a king size bed and walk in shower, fixtures and fittings were high class with real wood furniture and doors. 
               We ate at the restaurant on the first day and the food was excellent. Haverford west and Fishguard are a mere 15 minutes away so very handy for shopping and the ferry to Ireland. would not hesitate to recommend.

They say that you get an impression of a  place the moment you walk in and my visit on Thursday proved that point. What great customer service skills/personality the bar staff had which made the whole evening extremely enjoyable. The choice & standard of food was good with large portions and also served by attentive staff. Well done & keep walking Mr Plasygamil!!

Lovely food

Very enjoyable stay.

Decided to eat here on the last night of a recent stay in the area.   Very friendly welcome.  The beer was excellent.   Opted for the homemade pie special which was stunning.

My wife had the fish but was disappointed, it was tough in parts and she thought it had been frozen, but in fairness to the Harp, she didn't tell me until after we left so I couldn't raise it with them,  but the pie more than made up for it. 

The cheesecake desserts were wonderful.

And all reasonably priced.

Would recommend a visit.

Lovely meal yesterday evening. Plenty of choice on the menu including for Vegetarians. The restaurant side is nicely furnished. The service was good and the food arrived promptly. Even managed a lovely slice of cheesecake.
