The girl on reception was so lovely, I believe she was called Jess. She helped me instantly with my inquiry and was very friendly. I appreciated her help so much, she was so kind and welcoming as well, so thank you very much to Jess for your help :)

Had a wonderful weekend here, was looked after by a very lovely girl named Emma who was always very kind, smiley  and happy to help! Alice was also very polite and sweet. The service was exceptional, we ate in the restaurant, the steak and peri peri chicken were delightful. Overall a great stay and great staff

The food was really good, I opted for the gammon steak and the restaurant was tidy and quiet. Great work from Kelly and Emma serving in the restaurant and bar. Overall would recommend for an affordable, convenient meal if staying or travelling through like myself.

Came here for 3 nights and had an early check in. Would recommend if you got a lot of luggage for the area. Went to the on-site restaurant which was great. The staff at the restaurant and hotel was excellent. Table service was great. Had issue with the table booking but managed to get me in on the Friday night. You’ve got the cinema on site so not too far to walk also the train station and the town is easy to walk to.

Recently stayed at Chichester Premier Inn at retail park. Really happy again with the experience and comfort here. Staff pleasant and welcoming. Great all round experience once again. Many thanks, will return soon! 

We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms are clean and very comfortable. The staff were delightful and always happy for a chin wag. Anything you needed extra was available at reception. Lots of things to do locally, we took a lovely stroll into the city and along the canal. 

Booked the room online at 8pm travelling for business, arrived at the hotel late, plenty of parking, simple check in, hot shower and a great nights sleep, didn’t have time for breakfast so can’t comment but overall, perfect.

Hi recently stayed at Premier Inn Chichester such a lovely stuff it was my wife 60th birthday so my family have all arranged to meet in one room and the receptionist was so helpful she even left a box of chocolates and a card for my wife it was so much fun had breakfast in the morning there which was quite could have stayed up for a couple of times but this time was excellent thanks to all the stuff

Booked purely on location, our room was very good for a one-night stay with a comfy bed.  We booked the meal deal and enjoyed a very good dinner and a sumptuous breakfast with a wide range of good-quality items across cooked and continental options.

Had a fab stay in the new premier plus room. I usually stay in a standard room so was pleasantly surprised to be in a premier plus. I was pleased to have a mini fridge in the room. It made a huge difference to my stay. I could put milk in there and have my own bowl of breakfast in my room in the morning. I could also put small items of food in to make a packed lunch for the day. 
The shower was amazingly powerful as well with complimentary Baylis and Harding products which smelled divine.

Wonderful Staff

I stayed at Chichester premier inn recently. The hotel is a bit dated compared to others in the area but it was still clean and tidy. Maxine on reception was very friendly and happy to help when I needed an extra towel. My room was standard for premier inn room  nothing fancy just what you expect. It looked like the room had just had a freshen up ( you could still smell fresh paint.) the only problem that I had was the lamp in the room had a broken button. Looked like someone had pushed to hard on it. But I went out and by the time I returned it had been fixed. Over all it’s a nice hotel if you just want a cheap and cheerful hotel.

New premier plus room

We always choose PI as our preferred chain as we are always guaranteed a known standard. However, recently with the newly refurbished and updated Premier Rooms, the standard has improved. On this occasion, Saturday night to stay in one of these new Premier Rooms for £77 was exceptional.

Thank you once again PI for a most enjoyable experience.

I stayed at premier inn as was visiting family. I had a pleasant stay rooms were clean and food was great. Maxine on reception was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely stay again.
