Excellent value for money. Had a twin room and it was plenty big enough and very quiet despite being on a main road. The staff were friendly. Check in and out was very straightforward. Breakfast was pretty basic, but nice. Easy to park. I would recommend. 

A good standard of hotel, exactly what you expect and in my experience what you usually get with Premier Inn, good standard of room, comfortable bed and overall good stay.
Plenty of parking and good location, just annoying that some people don't park correctly and blocked the access path to the hotel.

We stayed before a trip from Gatwick.  Arrival in the afternoon and had a very early departure but we were well catered for by the hotel.  All went well and we were most comfortable.  Our return after our holiday was in the early hours and again we were well cared for and passed a comfortable night followed by a splendid breakfast.

I had already booked this hotel and the day before leaving, I decided to read the reviews. The main concern seemed to be the wifi so I had a panic attack.

Needless to say, the WiFi is absolutely great. Yes, I paid for the ultimate upgrade but I had no issues joining meetings, streaming video and watching Netflix :)

What really surprised me was the friendliness of every single member of staff. Fromthe welcome to the goodbye and everything in between. The restaurant food is delicious by the way! I would recommend the piri piri chicken wings as well as the steak! All cooked perfectly!

We expected this budget hotel to be efficient but a little soulless -  however, it was nothing of the sort. We were warmly  welcomed by a very pleasant man at reception, and subsequent interactions with the other members of staff were just as good. When we came back after dinner, another staff member on reception kindly switched on the lights in the breakfast area so we could chat to friends before going up to our rooms,  and at breakfast the next morning, the staff were still smiling, cheerful and hospitable. 

The room was warm, the bed very comfortable and the housekeeping impeccable - but it was the staff that made it an all-round fantastic place to stay. Thank you.

Two night stay booked for three in preparation for a funeral. Hotel quite and bed just dreamy comfortable. Breakfast choice and quality was amazing, as per usual the quality of the mattress was so good ( I have actually purchased a Premier Inn Mattress and pillows for my bed at home a year ago....highly recommend anyone doing this!!) The staff went above and beyond when four family members joined us for a funeral the morning we checked out, and provided tea coffee and pastries for all seven of us at no charge, the care and consideration demonstrated was second to none

Before heading early to Gatwick we needed a  bed for the night.  A fortnight later we returned in the early hours to a warm and efficient welcome.  After a comfortable sleep we enjoyed a splendid breakfast and went on our way.  We would thoroughly recommend the Langstone Premier Inn.

I only stayed for one night but woo what an enjoyable experience from start to finish , fantastic room with everything you need , lovely friendly informative and helpful staff , I would highly recommend this hotel , nothing is to much trouble , the beds are incredible and I had a brilliant nights sleep 

Stayed due to visiting family on the island.
Room was clean and spacious, there is free parking on site, breakfast had a great selection.
There was a lovely guy on reception called Tony, who could have not made us feel more welcome! 
10/10 will return!

Stayed for 2 nights over new year. Hotel was very clean, beds comfy, staff were very friendly and had loads of choice at breakfast. Good value for money exceeded expectations lovely family stay we will return. Great location has a lovely bar/restaurant opposite.

I enjoyed a pleasant one night stay and was permitted a free coffee on departing. Unfortuanately check in was delayed by some simpleton workmen who appear to have found it amusing that they might have actually been booked in somewhere else on a different date!
There are shops and fast food places just the other side of the rather main road.

Pleasant stop point for a lot of journeys, but beware delays caused by simpleton workmen.

Asked for a family room so I could sleep in second bed if partner snored too much! Confirmation came through for a double and it took two or three attempts to get this corrected. Friendly reception on arrival.

Having bought the meal deal including dinner and breakfast I was bit disappointed at the choice for dinner compared to that received elsewhere, but it was more than adequate.

Had issues on the morning when the hot water tap over the bath would not turn off and had to rush to reception in pyjamas to get help. After a few attempts this was solved.

Our planned cooked breakfast on 10th also problematic because there was no chef to cook it following a family bereavement. We were offered a full refund or just to have a continental breakfast ( no meat/cheese but plenty of cereal, fruit, and muffins). 

Since we were not aware of anywhere else we could eat and didn't have time to go hunting, we took the continental breakfast. I now believe the Beefeater on the other side of the car park was open and we could have gone from breakfast there, but as we were not locals  we didn't know and weren't told. If I had known I would probably taken the full refund and gone there.

All in all things did not go smoothly but this was no fault of the staff and they handled things well. Would definitely go back in the hope of better luck.

Lovely to come to a PI that didnt need refurbishment and painting.Lot of the older ones are so tired need painting and new carpets .Thankgod we had a lovely young gentleman check us in instead of a screen that never works !!! The reason i didn't give a 5 star review as i do not like sealed window units .Find aircon un hygienic and after each guset the rooms should have a Fresh Air blow through ! As many premier inns corridors smell terrible

I stayed for 2 nights for business purposes. I guess there’s not much to say as it’s a Premier Inn but positively it was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was average but this was expected. There is parking on site but it can be difficult to get a space when arriving at peak times. Overall it’s what you’d expect from a Premier Inn, nothing fancy but decent.
