We stayed in the Garden Room at The Retro B&B. The room was tastefully decorated, very spacious and light and, as it is at the back of the house and faces out on to the garden, extremely quiet. There is a separate bathroom with shower, and a wonderful entranceway where there is hanging space and place to store your bags. Continental and cooked breakfast is served downstairs in the front room, which is light and warm. There is off street parking, and the B&B is an easy 10 minute walk from the historic centre of Canterbury. Good friendly service from the hosts. Along the way there are plenty of eateries – we would highly recommend Café Des Amis for great Mexican food and margaritas.
