Had such a beautiful stay here. We can not recommend this little gem enough! Perfect on every level. Lovely comfortable room with the most beautiful view! Exceptional breakfast and such lovely warm service.

Such a lovely couple of nights, from arrival to departure the whole experience was fantastic. Really good location in the heart of the village with various pubs, restaurants and shops on the doorstep, not to mention a few mountains. We'll be back!

We visited for a 3 night stay. From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, everything was perfect. Mark & Annette were very warm and welcoming. Amazing hosts. Lovely couple. Nothing was too much trouble.Located right on the river. The house was absolutely spotless. Our room was beautiful. We had a river view. The fridge and tea tray are nice little touches. The towels were big and fluffy. The toiletries were luxury. The bed was amazing slept like a baby. The guest lounge and patio area were superb. We did make use of these. The breakfast room was cosy. Breakfast was delicious every morning. Cooked to perfection. A little birthday treat and card was placed in the room for me 😊We were sad to leave.

Perfect stay, ideal location to explore Snowdonia, fantastic breakfast and very hospitable hosts!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is great. The hosts were friendly and accommodating. They gave us good advice on the surrounding trails. The room offered beautiful views, was clean and well maintained. The property had a wonderful garden where you can relax after a long day walking. There was a nice lounge area as well where you could watch TV, listen to music or grab a hot or cold drink; some snacks available to purchase. The breakfast was ok. There was a choice of eggs on toast or welsh breakfast.Our overall impression was positive.

Perfect stay

Fantastic place. Mark & Annette were great hosts, very friendly, welcoming, and had tons of advice on the local area. The B&B itself was in great condition, the garden terrace and guest lounge were nice additions. The location was excellent - lovely river-front building, only a few seconds from nearby amenities, and well connected to Snowdonia national park by local public bus.

Brilliant base for Snowdonia walking

Our stay at Plas Tan y Graig was excellent. The owners were very friendly and shared tips about places to visit/ paths to walk in the area. The room was very homely, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Breakfast options were great, having both veggie and vegan options which were prepared on time for whenever requested. We felt very comfortable and safe with the extra cleaning and precautions in place for COVID-19. Snowdon was just a short drive away and there were multiple pubs/restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a rural retreat in North Wales.

We recently had a great stay at the Plas Tan Y Graig in Beddgelert. The room was spotless and comfortable with a stunning view of the river. Mini fridge and fan in the room were a lifesaver in the heat. Hosts were lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious. They are super mindful of covid and have a sound process in place to manage social distancing and good hygiene practice which we found  really comforting. Loved the area too and would definitely return.

Two nights in August

The house is well located, very clean and comfortable and the hosts are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is tasty and the location is perfect for any activities based in Beddgelert ( and close enough to the bus stop and station to get to other parts of Snowdonia easily. ) The only downside was that it doesn't have its own parking and the nearest car park is a little way away.

We had an exceptional experience at Plas Tan y Graig. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and charming. They always made sure we were well taken care of. The room was very clean, well organized, and very quiet. Great common space and open patio space to enjoy. The breakfast had great options and all delicious. Highly recommended. Excellent B&B with wonderful hosts

Had a great stay at Plas Tan y Graig this past weekend. The location was great in the heart of the small town and close to a lot of hiking. There were a few great restaurants close by and breakfast was very good at the B&B. I was a bit nervous about parking beforehand, but there is free street parking just up the road. H

We received a really warm welcome and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Plas Tan Y Graig. Our room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the river and hills. Breakfast was really tasty and fueled us up for a day of exploring the local area and Mark and Annette have done a fantastic job of renovating the building and are fantastic hosts; friendly, welcoming and happy to help with information about the local area. The cosy living room was a real treat too and a great space to relax in during the evenings too. Would definitely return again in the future.

We decided to visit Snowdonia on a whim and were not at all disappointed with the whole experience. The room we had at Plas Tan y Graig was very comfortable, had everything we required including amazing views and was so nicely decorated that my wife took multiple photos so that she could copy ideas when we redecorate at home!The welcome was warm, the breakfast very tasty and filling and the hospitality was excellent. Being novices we were unsure which walk to take up Snowdon but we’re given great advice. I’m sure we will be going back.
