Booked alpine lodge on the back of good reviews as first trip to the area  - very glad we did!
Great location, clean and comfortable, lovely home cooked breakfast, friendly hosts. Perfect hotel to come back to after walking in the hills - warm and cosy bedroom and plenty of hot water for showering/bath.
Can’t recommend highly enough

Had a wonderful stay here with my partner, clean rooms, it was very hot when we stayed so very appreciative of the fan that was in our room, stunning views in a beautiful village at the bottom of snowdon. Very welcoming, good breakfast. I would recommend to anyone looking to spend some time in the north of Wales in Eyri

We used alpine lodge as a base for our Snowdon hike, it’s about 10 min walk to the start of the llanberis path

Great place and location for visiting Snowdon and surrounding areas  . Visited with my very well behaved dog for the weekend . Rooms clean and modern , tea coffee, biscuits and crisps !!  Nice touches in the bathroom for the ladies .Excellent breakfast and very friendly folk . Would definitely recommend and will return again thanks Martin & Linda  💕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿💕

A very beautiful and welcoming atmosphere, great location with spectacular views. We were made to feel welcome with a bottle of fizz in our room for our 35th wedding anniversary. Staff friendly, breakfast was tasty. Will definitely go again. The only tiny thing is need bath sheets and more than 1 hand towel. I know if I had of asked we could have had more. Room even had a fan. It’s like they knew me…

Absolutely loved this place, room was spot on, we're not one of the white gloves brigade,  and didn't need to be, it was spotless. Host's were very accommodating, breakfast was at 8am but we were leaving to climb before then, so they made us a pack up breakfast to take before we went, which in my book is above and beyond. Beautiful room, beautiful place, amazing breakfast. Well done guys, we will be back.

Lovely guest house in the centre of Llanberris, close to restaurants and bars. The hosts were very welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Toiletries and hairdryer were available in the room. Breakfast was filling and tasty!

The staff are friendly & attentive & made our stay really special. The room was full of character, very comfortable & was well equipped with all the amenities you would need. Breakfast was lovely & we were able to take it up to our room as we had our dog with us. Very clean & sanitiser was readily available throughout the guest house. Great location to explore Snowdonia & perfect if you plan to walk to the summit of Snowdon. It is also a short walk from Dolbadarn Castle. Parking available at the guest house & good WiFi. Would definitely recommend & hope to come back next time we come to Wales.

Great management of contactless check in/out and breakfast. The bed was really comfortable and lovely room. We really loved the view of the lake. We loved it so much we are just waiting for dates to be confirmed with our employment and plan to book again and stay longer.

Great accommodation, great location

Beautiful place

Lovely B & B, nice clean and comfy rooms. The only downside was we never got to see the owner of the B & B during our stay to check if all ok..?  Very odd.

Found the toilet in Room 5 hard to flush unfortunately, pushed the button but not a lot happened after that!?

Rooms were hot at night, the owner left a fan outside our room on arrival which was a nice touch. 

Lovely breakfast.... great location to stay for Zipworld (20 mins away) and Snowdonia .  Some nice places to eat and lovely scenery - overlooking a lake.

Shelagh’s hike to the summit of Snowdon

We stayed at the Alpine Lodge, on arrival we had to ring the bell on the desk and a young lady came and told us what room we were in and that breakfast was served 8am-9am. 

The room was large, clean and with two comfy chairs by the window, where we could sit and admire the view of the village and lake. There was plenty of tea and coffee with biscuits and pkt of crisps each, that we thought was a nice touch and was replaced the next day . The bed was a nice size and very comfy.  The bathroom was big and had toiletries by the sink and shower  with plenty of towels  

Breakfast was really good with cereal, fruit and yogurts to start as well as orange juice. The lady who served us was really welcoming and asked if we wanted the cook breakfast, as there was no menu to say if we could have anything else instead, we decided to have the breakfast, which was really nice, with plenty of toast . We then heard a couple on another table asking for something different, so we did the same on the second day. 

However, we did find the walls in between our room and the  room next to us really thin and if you got a loud person staying there you can hear word for word, but that can't be helped . Also on my last morning I did hope to have a shower but couldn't get it to work and as we were off soon it wasn't worth saying anything. I did notice that the rubber under the shower glass was green and mouldy, which didn't look good.

We enjoyed our stay at Alpine Lodge and would recommend staying there

A Bimble up Snowdon

Fantastic stay, great location!

We stayed for two nights here as we wanted to walk up Snowdon. It is a beautiful property with 6 parking bays in front which is better than most. The staff where very friendly and even though COVID changed how they handle customers now he was still very polite when greeting us and advised everything we needed to know. We where in the deluxe room on the top floor, and it was perfect. Very nicely decorated and lots of small touches that makes the room feel very well thought out. Very clean and tidy, came with all the standard amenities, tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc kettle and mini fridge together with a packet of crisps and a chocolate bar each too. There was a small unit for your clothes with hangers etc and the bathroom was well stocked up with hand wash, shampoo and conditioner but no body wash (minor oversight which didn’t effect my opinion).  There was a hairdryer with its own mirror and a fan/hater too. The breakfasts are now presented at your room 8am prompt in a small basket with a selection of fruits. They can’t offer the room being turned down while you stay but honestly I would prefer this so again didn’t effect us. Overall very happy and I would recommend.
