Premier Inn Caernarfon

The hotel is well situated and clean. The staff were amazing and nothing was too much bother. The car park was just across the road and there was an on-site restaurant as well as a lovely Chinese restaurant within the same complex. 

Went for an overrnight stay with my husband. He had work. We had an accessible room with a wet room. Room was cleaned to perfection by Maricel. Always look forward to staying here. Right on the Victoria Dock, Staff are friendly and very helpful. Having stayed in many a Premier Inn across the country, some others, would do well to follow their lead.

Staff were fantastic I had some issues with my booking and they could not be any more helpful.

All the breakfast staff were very friendly and cheerful which made the day start in a happy place.

Hotel room was clean, warm. 

I would have no problem staying here again

Fantastic clean hotel right next door to the harbour and castle.
There are two supermarkets within a stone throw.
The cooked breakfast was absolutely amazing with a great range of food all of which was cooked to perfection.
Only downside is lack of parking.
There is a car park opposite but I still would prefer onsite secure parking.
Room was clean with good amenities and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time. Caernarfon is a beautiful place to visit, with so many other wonderful things to do within the wider area, this is a great base to travel from. 

The staff were super friendly and were brilliant with our children. They made the trip even more memorable. 

First off, the location is amazing. Great views across the water, near centre of amazing historic town and close to castle itself. Parking across road, nice Cantonese restaurant  2 min away and near supermarkets for stocking up. 

Secondly the rooms were great, we often stay at premier inns and the family rooms are the best stayed at - lots of space, modern and clean. 

Thirdly and most importantly the staff were always super-friendly and great to hear them switch from English to Welsh based on language preference of guests - exactly how it should be. Welsh is clearly the language of everyday life in Caernarfon and sure many guests left having their views on it being a dying language challenged! 

Fourth, the food at the Table Table was great, really well cooked with obvious care taken in the food preparation. Not expecting Michellen standard, but hate paying restaurant prices for food that is under/over cooked or been left standing so glad the food was very good. 

Overall, have been recommend Premier Inn Caernarfon to lots of people in work as “Best in the UK” since got back. Well done to all staff there - helped make a great weekend for us & our kids.

Comfortable, quiet hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and the biscuits and postcard left in the room to welcome us back was a nice touch. We booked a family room which was an excellent size - probably one of the biggest Premier Inn rooms that we’ve stayed in (Room 24). Breakfast in Harbwr next door was great - well presented and plentiful. We would definitely stay in this Premier Inn again.

Thank you Jenny and all the staff for being so helpful and friendly,from the moment we arrived to check out.Super  clean room, wonderful bath( a deal -breaker for me!)Lovely location.Only a few yards from the marina and not much further to the splendid Castle and lovely quaint shopping streets…Can’t fault it.

This hotel is in a perfect location for walking into town and the harbour . Accessible rooms are lovely and customer service. They went above and beyond. Disabled parking there is plenty and even if the ones at front are full . They will lift the barrier so you can park down the side . The harbour next to hotel is beautiful and lovely for a walk . You have the castle .shops and lots of old pubs to call in . There is a table table and a fantastic chinese next to hotel

Brilliant - Best Premier Inn in the UK

Great stay

Excellent!

Perfect location 

Excellent place to stay and the staff, Jenny and Danny were the most pleasant and welcoming people I’ve ever come across. Rooms were very clean and the whole place was well cared for.
Breakfast in the restaurant is good value for money and again service is very good, all in all a really good stay, we should know we’ve stayed here well over 10 or so times, never disappoints.

Another great visit to Caernarfon

Fantastic welcome, perfect location and comfortable stay!  Jenny and the team made us feel very welcome. Nothing too much trouble. Shower could have been better in our room, but comfy bed and very clean. We were on the second floor, sadly no  view of the water but that didn’t spoil our stay. It’s our third stay there, and the hotel is great. Perfectly placed on the marina with a view of the castle walls. You have the convenience of the pub next door for your meals, and a plethora of eateries are available nearby.  Fabulous walks around the castle and the town itself. Just love coming back here - doesn’t matter if it’s raining, the welcome you get from the staff makes up for it. Well done!

Fab break early December for a quick get away

The hotel is well situated near the town centre max five minute walk,on arrival the staff were very welcoming and made check in pleasing.the room was fresh smelling on entry well presented. The little biscuits pack and card nice, comfy beds clean bathroom with all the linen clean.I would visit again and also recomend to others.premier inn and all the staff at caernarfon thanks for a pleasant stay.

I haven't been in a premier inn before and I didn't know what to expect
Breakfast was lovely hot and plentiful
Evening meal last night was lovely too
Good value and such a lovely room
The bed is the comfiest I have ever slept in
