Premier Inn Buxton Hotel

Friends came to visit and stayed at Buxton Premier inn. They mentioned how friendly the staff were and how good the fried breakfast was- we didn’t have to make lunch!!
It was really handy for them and us as it’s so close to town for eating out and getting to all the sites

I absolutely love this Premier Inn. Great location for a ten minute walk into Buxton. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Nice, spacious rooms. We have stayed have a dozen times and will be back! Thank you very much to lovely staff. Keep up the great work

I often stay here for business in the High Peak, it never fails & does what it says on the tin! BTW Dans breakfast is amazing 🤩 with Paul, Charlotte & Chloe’s service impeccable, they can’t do enough for you & always with a smiley face. Highly recommended.

Great no frills hotel with ample parking and close enough to Buxton Town centre to walk. The room and bed were very comfy and having stayed at many Premier Inns I can honestly say the cooked breakfast was the best I've tasted and was delicious. You won't find a better breakfast anywhere in Buxton!

We’ve stayed at this Premier inn many times over the past 10 years. It’s always clean and super comfy with the most friendly, obliging staff you’d ever want to meet. Bertha’s breakfasts are epic - cooked fresh with real ingredients (no frozen/tinned mushrooms here). Buxton town centre nearby. Excellent value for money. It’s a credit to the Premier Inn brand. We’ve already got our next stay booked.

It was our second time staying at this hotel and it was amazing. The room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The staff were very courteous and the warm hospitality made our experience outstanding.  We look forward to returning in the future.

We visit often, the place is as expected from a premier inn. Clean, tidy and well presented. 

Staff are a credit to Buxton Premier Inn from Belinda in the kitchen to Charlotte, Chloe, Paul, Molly and the many others that assist us and always greet us with smiles, a warm welcome and always engage with the little ones.

Amazing stay always a friendly welcome. Rooms always perfect and clean. 
Special mention to Belinda the poached eggs freshly cooked on request are always perfect. 
Would definitely recommend a stay if you are are in the area for business or pleasure.

The usual standard of cleanliness and comfort of room no concerns to voice. Excellent welcome and service both at reception, in the bar and the restaurant.

Very helpful with way finding and provided a really helpful list of taxi numbers.

Of special mention to Deputy Hotel Manager Charlotte Prince who recognised and resolved a booking issue. I had tried to resolve via the hotel directly, the customer service phone line and finally via a complaint without resolution.

Charlotte identified the issue and worked tirelessly to resolve - thank you so much you are a real credit to the company 🤩

We stayed 3 nights here on a short break. The hotel is in a good location - it's an easy walk into town and plenty of parking. Jamie was on Reception when we arrived and was really helpful throughout our stay, moving our room due to noisy people in the room above, reserving a table for us for breakfast and being generally interested in us. Thanks Jamie and all the staff. Breakfast was particularly nice. We didn't try the evening meal.

Buxton’s happy hotel

We have stayed at the Premier Inn Buxton on many occasions, and always been satisfied by the Service staff and Hotel. You know what to expect at a Premier Inn.
We are usually visiting Family, when we stay in Buxton and its a great location for Visiting the Centre of Buxton.
However this is the Second Christmas that we have been woken up in the early hours due to someone being Selfish and smoking in their Rooms, setting the Fire alarm off. 
There must be something the Hotel can do so that all their clients are NOT disturbed by one individual being Stupid. There were many people queueing to evacuate the Hotel at 1.30 in the morning with Small Children and families. all trying to get out of the Hotel dressed in various Clothing from Pyjamas, with coats to people wo had quickly managed to throw some clothes on.
Only to be told later that they could return to their rooms. Not by staff, but by other people trying to evacuate the Hotel.

Happily visit again and would recommend to family and friends.

Great night sleep, great pillows, great location for Buxton, friendly staff. Young gentleman who greeted us was very helpful and friendly. Stayed on top floor, even though located on front main road, it was quiet. We ate an evening meal, felt they needed more staff, as staff had to make customers drinks, serve meal, check in guests, deal with customer guest queries, clear tables, etc.

Enjoyable stay in Buxton 

Room was clean but took a while to warm up despite it being on the highest temperature. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good (5-10 minutes walk into lower Buxton) 
The restaurant was awful, we wish we’d have gone into Buxton instead but it was convenient. The breakfast was good though! 

Good breakfast

Having spent a day in the cold and snow, it was a delight to return to.. Warm, clean, spacious, Every member of staff we spoke to were pleasant, extremely helpful, with nothing too much trouble. 

Breakfast seemed a little pricey so we missed that and ate out.. Thats not to say it wasn't value for money, just pricey..

Parking on site was plentiful. 

Shall certainly be staying here again next time..
