The Elms

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff at the Nags Head are very warm. welcoming and professional. The food we had for our evening meal was of really good quality as was the full English breakfast. I would recommend this little gem!

Julia and Alan were fantastic hosts and the room was superb . Great place to stay if you are visiting Snetterton or just want great accommodation in the area . The breakfast was to die for !!!!! Thanks again

A very late check in but with prior arrangement, front door was left open and bedroom door opened with light on. The hosts were great at breakfast ( which was superb) chatting freely about vacations and their amazing experiences abroad. A great stopover, ample parking, very clean accommodation and quiet surroundings

Great location - probably the closest B&B to Snetterton Circuit. Price far cheaper than other local hotels. Big choice for the included breakfast. Run by the friendliest couple you could ever hope to meet. Very busy though so you will likely need to book far in advance. And book direct with them for the best rates.

Arrived Friday and were introduced to our accommodation by the most loveliest couple. Truly felt at ease as soon as I arrived. Room was clean and comfortable. Greeted with a cup of tea and delicious homemade lemon drizzle cake! 
Lovely find and will definitely visit again if in the area. Fabulous couple who couldn’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. 
Breakfast was delicious and delivered on time.

Perfect for my needs. 
Cosy room. No ensuite, but access with key to my own bathroom across landing. 
Breakfast was outstanding. (Full English) and the owners just lovely and welcoming. 
I have work in the area and will definitely be heading back again.

Visiting Snetterton race circuit and this is well placed five minutes away. Lovely welcome, clean room with all amenities.  Ordered a full English for the morning ready for a full days racing, could have had an early one if we’d wanted

You'd be looking a long time to find more pleasant, welcoming and friendly hosts than Alan and Julia. Room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was delicious. Julia made sure it was ready bang on time as I had an early start. Less than 10 mins from the track via the route Alan told me. My first trip to Snetterton and I'll definately stay at the Elms the next time.

Lovely welcoming couple in a nice quiet area with ample parking. Nice clean airy rooms, breakfast was fresh and tasty, a real pleasure. Both Julia and Al are great hosts and I’m very thankful for a slightly later checkout than usual. Highly recommended ,be seeing you again soon, hopefully 🤞

We stayed at the Elms on Saturday 12th June 2021 and Julia and Alan were the perfect hosts, so welcoming and very friendly. The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable.  The breakfast was outstanding and very tasty.  We would highly recommend the beautiful B&B.

Home from home...

Lovely B&B. Perfect for Snetterton

Julia and Alan are such wonderful, friendly hosts. Met at the door immediately on our arrival and despite it being quite late were immediately offered a cup of tea! Our bed was soooo comfortable, made it quite difficult to get out of early next morning for our trip over to Snetterton circuit. Breakfast was wonderful and it had been no problem requesting a vegetarian breakfast, very happy to oblige... Very friendly couple, had a lovely chat re mutual interests before leaving. Recommended unreservedly and hope to return next year, if not before.  Thank you both!

Warm welcome

Julia and Alan are wonderful and friendly hosts and run an immaculate bed and breakfast.  Their house is spotlessly clean, breakfast is to die for and we were welcomed on our arrival with a cup of tea and home made cakes, now you don't get that very often!!  Excellent off street parking, important if you're towing an expensive race or rally car for Snetterton which is only 10 mins away. Good pub food within walking distance but drive to The Angel in Larling which is even better.  Will be back son!  Many thanks.  tudordaviesbda1.6@btinternet.com   # Tudor Davies.

Peaceful, friendly, clean and just very nice!!

Stayed one night for an early start at Snetterton the following morning.
Easy parking at property and as we were parking Alan came out to warmly greet us. We then met his Julia who was equally warm & welcoming. We were shown to our double room on the 1st floor, with ensuite shower room and lots of nice touches, inc plenty of tea & coffee etc with china mugs to use, fresh milk & water available from fridge downstairs together with a selection of toiletries to use. As everyone else has said we were then offered the ever welcome pot of tea and home made cakes.
Our room was compact and spotlessly clean, and very warm, in fact we turned the radiator down. The room
had everything we needed, including  plenty of hangers, which we appreciated.
Rooms are off of a landing & as would be in any normal house, noises in other rooms could be heard. 
Alan and Julia were also very helpful in booking us a table for dinner in a nearby village, which was also excellent.
As 1 of us had an early start at Snetterton  he was offered a packed bacon sandwich to take with him as too early for cooked breakfast, which I later enjoyed myself, nicely cooked and very tasty with a pot of fresh coffee in a cafetière.
Overall we very much enjoyed our stay at the conveniently located “The Elms” and would no doubt return there for any future visit to this area.


Snetterton Haven

Julia & Alan gave a very warm & friendly welcome with a nice hot pot of tea, just what you need when it's well below zero outside. 
The room was more than adequate with a kettle for tea/coffee, ensuite and ample space for your cloths.
There is use of a very comfortable lounge, where you can watch TV and enjoy a takeaway meal from one of the local food outlets.
The full English breakfast was fab, good quality sausages and bacon. All produced locally from the village butchers.
An excellent B&B with excellent hosts and a very reasonable price.

A real home from home

We booked the two single rooms, which were comfortable and well equipped.  We were greeted on arrival with tea and muffins which was really nice. Phil and Dot were wonderful hosts and the breakfast was superb, full English with fresh fruit endless toast and homemade marmalade. Will definitely revisit when we are in the area.
