Higher Trenear Farm

We had a wonderful few nights in a yurt at the end of July. As a family of 2 adults and 3 children we found the space to be more than comfortable and spacious. The yurt itself was wonderfully furnished and the kitchen outside well equipped for all cooking needs. Hosts Kate and Terry were always friendly, approachable and on hand to help. The communal facilities were spotlessly clean and showers nice and hot. It was a real bonus having a kitchen with electricity, fridge space and a lock box for charging. There was even a hairdryer available for use in the communal toilet area!Each yurt is located in its own field so we have plenty of privacy and peace and quiet. The children loved seeing the goats every day and popping around to see the pigs too. Thank you for a fantastic break and escape. It was the ideal way to kick off the summer holidays with some quality family time.
