The over all appearances and friendliness from the time you walk. Cleanliness of the road and a comfortable nights sleep.

Lovely time at Premier inn. Always lovely beds and clean. The staff are always excellent and they are always helpful. The breakfast is lovely. WiFi and TV is a good point when I'm staying in a hotel, it helps me relax. I will always recommend Premier Inn

So. Teamwork at its best  following a warm welcome on arrival we went to our immaculate room and chilled. Quiet,  warm and well laid out with plenty of hanging and storage space.

 When we decided to go to the restaurant we were informed that due to unforeseen sickness, the chef wasn’t in. No worries though as the  remaining staff rallied around to deliver a limited menu, man reception,  staff the bar and general keep the ship well afloat. Well done to the team!

Thanks for a comfortable stay. 

Oh and breakfast the next morning was a delight. 4 croissants were demolished and a full English!!!

Really enjoyed the experience of the premier plus rooms! Furniture lovely and comfortable, from bed, to side chair and stool to gorgeous shower. Bed and bedsheets just as gorgeous as premier inn. The  air conditioning unit was also the best I have ever experienced. Quiet, quickly warming and/or cooling! superb. Will be back.

Booked an accessible room for my mum, Ali on reception let me see the room beforehand so that I could check it had everything mum needed. Room was lovely, great facilities and comfy bed. Good to have a fridge and lots of different lighting options. All staff were friendly and helpful

I visit often for business, maybe once per month or so. The staff are very friendly and helpful, clean rooms, good food, lots of free parking spaces. 10/10. The lady on reception offered to make up the spare bed incase it was needed, the male staff at breakfast was chatty and helpful, the chef was also friendly. Check out was super easy and quick. 

Very clean and tidy and felt really welcomed at arriving at the premier inn kids loved their little chocolate treat given by a very kind receptionist.
Then we had breakfast each morning during our stay at the beefeater and all i can say is wow all the staff are a real credit and couldnt be helpful enough my kids where so excited to come back 4 days later and we have now booked another stay near to my son's birthday really is an amazing friendly hotel and restaurant in the area well done to the manager as its great training that makes a great team.

Staying at a Premier Lodge was an obvious choice as it was well located for a birthday party we were attending.  Unfortunately there were no taxis available due to the snowy weather, (although the staff did try very hard to find one) so we drove and got a lift back that evening, and then had to walk to fetch the car in the morning-through the snow...very slowly! However, we had a good nights sleep in a warm, comfy bed and an excellent breakfast in the Beefeater attached to the hotel.  Premier Inn consistently gives good service and quality of accommodation.

I always favour Premier Inns due to the comfortable beds, spotless rooms, blackout curtains and reasonably priced good quality breakfast. This hotel didn't disappoint. Slept like a log.  Nice restaurant. I liked that you can now order again from the hot menu (it was self serve in October) which comes to your table as it's then nice and freshly cooked. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would visit again. Would just like marmalade available for my toast as I had to settle for blackcurrant jam!

Restaurant high standards set by John

Opinions on service and value are split but we liked the place , although some visitors commend the helpful staff, while others point out room service lapses and unmet value expectations due to extra charges. While the hotel's atmosphere is deemed comfortable with recent room upgrades, critiques have surfaced regarding room size, smells, and noise levels.

The hotel itself is fine.  Our room was comfortable  and had all the amenities  we would expect.  
The issue is the restaurant, it’s awful.  Poorly staffed, staff not trained in customer service and bland food which was expensive.  Would not use the restaurant again and most likely look for a better hotel

A Tale of Two Half’s

Business trip

This is a great hotel, with friendly service and great staff. From the moment of arriving, I was welcomed enthusiastically and encouraged to make the most of the hotel services. The room was bery spacious, comfortable and well-equipped. The bed was excellent and the shower facilities very good. 

Breakfast was an all that you can eat buffet, which was lovely. The staff were very helpful, chatty and made every effort to ensure that I was looked after.
