Whats not to love about surf haven, fabulous hosts, fabulous rooms, fabulous breakfasts, fabulous location, nothing to much trouble, 
Peter and Caroline just look after you like your old friends, it’s a one of a kind bed and breakfast, simply the best,

Once again we had a wonderful stay at Surf Haven. Our room was perfect - everything we could have wanted was provided. And the location of Surf Haven is fabulous - a couple of minutes walk from the beach and right opposite the golf course. It is an absolutely lovely position. Outstanding!

What a fabulous few days. My huge and spacious bedroom was a haven. This truly is Surf Heaven!
The sound of the waves in the distance at night lulls you to sleep; the perfect end to a day.
With absolutely fabulous service and a super breakfast, this place is first class.
The location is perfect. A short walk to the beach or golf course, which is just over the road.
A must for anyone wanting a relaxing break.

Another wonderful 2 weeks! We have had so many lovely holidays at Surf Haven but sadly there won't be many more, as this is their last year. So many great memories. You really won't find better accommodation in Bude, so make sure you book before it closes its doors! Thank you thank you thank you Peter & Caroline xxx

Only stayed 1 night but one of the best B&B’s. Very welcoming hosts, very clean & the most comfortable bed & great breakfast.  Couldn’t ask for anything more. Very close to the beach and plenty of parking available on the road outside. 

Could see the sea from our room and views of the golf course.

The most beautiful place to stay, in the perfect location with the most welcoming hosts. 
Often with guest houses, if you return time after time, you can see things getting tired. Absolutely not the case...it always looks as fresh as the first time. So well loved and cared for.

Stayed at the Best B&b in Cornwall fabulous welcome as always. Amazing host that will do anything for you at the drop of a hat. Breakfast are by far the best in the West Country. Peter and Caroline go the extra mile to make sure you have a stress free break away

Beautiful hosts . Caroline and her hubbie very polite and friendly. Room was beautiful. Spotless. Bathroom amazing . Nice touch home made bars, delicious . Breakfast was tasty, hot food came hot . 
Lovely thoughtful touch on the Sunday . It was my husbands birthday and another guys . A banner was put up and birthday sprinkles on the table . How thoughtful .

excellent stay once again

Just returned from a two night stay with Caroline and Peter at Surf Haven which as always was a delight - we’ve been here many times before and always feel that we are staying with friends rather than in a guest house! A different time of the year for us to visit but the homemade flapjacks in the room along with the well stocked fridge greeted us which made the other half very happy and he demolished the jar of flapjacks in one sitting but thankfully Caroline always makes sure to refill for when you’ve returned from a day trip exploring. Caroline’s full Cornish breakfast more than sets us up for the day and no matter how many times I think I don’t need the full works, I just can’t resist! Both Caroline and Peter gave us suggestions of places to visit or for things that may have changed since our last visit and are happy to make recommendations to guests that may be new to Bude. A lovely place to stay in Bude, great location, with fabulous hosts - as always we will be back!!

Don’t stay anywhere else in Bude!!

An absolutely FABULOUS 2 night stay in the best b&b in Cornwall. Caroline and Peter are truly brilliant at what they do, the bedroom so comfy the bathroom spotless the shower out of this world, the breakfast total quality. They just know what there doing to make your stay perfect, simply divine, thank you surf haven you are brilliant ❤️

The Best

Surf Haven is no ordinary B and B. It is a real haven of peace,joy and excellence
Everything is quality. The bed is luxurious with perfectly laundered linen. The shower, quite apart from immaculate cleanliness, is hot and has tremendous power. Not a silly lukewarm dribble
There are the best ever flapjacks in the bedroom supplied daily by wonderful Caroline as well as mints,humbugs,coffee,tea and fresh milk
Nothing is too much trouble for Caroline and Peter. Peter serves the delicious breakfast cooked by Caroline which easily beats even the offerings of the most prestigious hotels
You overlook the golf course and you are within a few minutes walk of the beach and Bude
Surf Haven really is a haven and would be very hard to beat. A wonderful trip

Perfection in Bude

Thank you Caroline and Peter for a wonderful few days in your gorgeous B&B.
We had a lovely room with a view of the sea,  with the most amazing bed, we had everything we needed in our room including a small fridge ( very useful ) and a small jar of Caroline's amazing flapjacks.
Our breakfast was lovely with Peter providing a excellent service and Caroline behind the scenes cooking up a very filling start to our day.
The B&B was nicely situated with a five minute walk to the beach and if golf is your thing then the Surf Haven looks out onto Bude golf course. 
It is an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of bude,all in all a wonderful stay.

Wonderful stay

We were in Bude for just one night, to bring a puppy back to London the next day.

We just needed a comfortable bed and an adequate breakfast but enjoyed the all-round hospitality and quality down to the hand soap and thick bathrobes.

And they even gave us breakfast early so we could collect puppy early in the day
