stayed again at rockview in a family room  for the air show what a lovely stay would highley reccommend great hosts and a lovely breakfast cooked fresh room lovely and clean hosts so friendly cannot do enough for you  will definatly stay again  even let me keep my cream tea in their fridge  good with our children as well asked them what they wanted for breakfast  didnt just assume what they wanted   if you want a good place to stay this is it  and to top it off quiet nights sleep with comfy beds

lovely bed and breakfast

We stayed here for 1 night, 2 adults, 2 children. There was no onsite parking as it had already been taken, there was on road parking at a cost of £2.50 for 24 hours. We went in to collect the keys and drop our bags off, we were greeted by a lovely lady who showed us our room. The room was a bit dated but very clean! The kids had bunk beds and we had a double bed. There was an on suite with a toilet sink and shower. There was also tea/coffee making facilities. With breakfast we had a Full English, choice of cereals, toast and juices. Tea/coffee provided. The b&b was in a great location just a short walk to the sea front. My daughter who is 8, commented on how friendly the lady was who welcomed us and sorted our breakfast, she spoke directly to the children where most places ask us what they would like. I would stay here again.

Warm welcome, great location

A lovely guest house which is immaculately clean. I received a warm welcome and felt at home. There is no parking, however, plenty on the street of nearby roads. I didn't sample the breakfast, but it smelt really good! I really would recommend to anyone on a budget, as the price was great! 

Value for money 

In a really good location, just minutes from the seafront, town and station. 
Limited parking available at the rear, or there is unrestricted free street parking at the front. (Busy at times)
We received a warm welcome and were allocated the family room on the ground floor at the rear of the house. It was quite, clean and comfortable with an efficient en-suite (shower). Tea and coffee making facilities were provided, as was a hair dryer. 
At breakfast there was a good selection of cereals along with yogurts and fruit juices. There is a full English available too.

An Enjoyable Stay

Whilst well meaning the start of the visit here involves an "induction" in the dining room which is a little overkill. When shown to your room you are given further instructions on how to lock and unlock a door with isn't required.
 The place is very central and very clean, and the breakfast is excellent, the guys was just a little OTT with the instructions.
 Also note there is very little parking (at rear) however free on street parking is only a couple of mins walk away.
