A very good modern hotel near the centre of bridlington. 5 minutes away from the railway station. 
Room perfect. Freesat TV a bonus. Great large breakfast and lovely coffee. 
Will definitely come back in the future as first class accommodation and no issues at all. 
Location perfect as a good base to explore bridlington and the nearby old town trail.

Me and my partner only stayed for one night but felt very at home. Terry and Susan are warm welcoming people, the room itself was spotless and comfortable beyond compare. Full English breakfast was delicious with lovely fresh fruit juice available. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to all friends and family, thank you for having us!

What a little gem of a place. We were certainly made to feel like family. We wanted for nothing. The room was spotless with everything we needed and more. Susan made us feel like we were the only ones staying there. The breakfast was amazing. My 9 year old daughter was asked what she wanted as a hot breakfast and got exactly what she asked for as well as a choice of cereal, yoghurts, breakfast bars and fresh juice. We will definitely go back. Thank you susan and family.

I made a trip across to Brid to see my Dad, who was 96 on 3rd March. I’ve stayed at the Malvern a few times (sometimes with my wife and or daughter and her husband)... The Malvern is a wonderful, welcoming guest house, with friendly staff and a lovely owner. The breakfasts are fantastic, the rooms are very clean and have everything you need, from hot drinks, water, wi-fi, good TV, clean towels and linen, extra pillows and more. The price is very reasonable indeed. Will definitely stay again.

What more can I say but fantastic, we had the luxury room me & my mrs from 31st dec to 2nd jan, the room & en suite , were spotless the décor was very nice & the bed & furnishings were lovely, our host susan & family work very hard to make your stay so easy with a lovely cooked English breakfast every morning.a very short walk into the town with loads of shops &  views that were lovely

* Good hospitality tray including, instant coffee, packets of cappuccino coffee and hot chocolate, a jar of Horlicks and 3 small packets of biscuits.
* Excellent full English breakfast and breakfast cereals. A large pot of tea and fresh filter coffee.

We stayed in room 7, which was on the top floor facing the main road, so there was a little bit of road noise that could be heard. The double bedroom was small but had everything you could need except a toilet in the en-suite. The toilet was located directly across the hall, which I wasn't expecting.

The guest house is very much a family home and everyone is made to feel welcome. The only negative point is that there is perhaps too much clutter/personal items/ornaments/signs around the house/bedrooms/dining room. This would not, though, prevent me from booking the Malvern Guesthouse again.

Oh, and on check-out we were presented with a small tin of Scottish short bread biscuits - yum, thank you.

Great room, great breakfast and great location. Stayed one night,  big comfortable bed. Room had everything you would need , kettle , iron etc. Delicious full English breakfast. Located near to town, beach and railway station. I would stay there again. .

Enjoyed our stay at Malvern guest house however was a little disappointing to find out we had a room without en-suite but the shared bathroom was nice and clean. The wifi was none existent, and when i asked why the EE hub wasn’t coming up as listed she said something about a booster box but didn’t know how to connect it. So no wifi my whole stay. The room was adequate and some nice complimentary tea coffee and hot chocolate. Bed was comfy although im allergic to feather pillows and they had these as the bottom ones so wasn’t too bad. Great if you go by car as its free (no permit required til 11am) parking on the road outside and there is 2 spaces on the drive. They were very nice and i had to do something for work at 11am (checkout time) and she let me stay til 12 with no extra charge which was lovely. Breakfast was really nice.
