Great premier inn at Westbourne. Clean, efficient staff. Air con in the room and wonderful comfy beds of course. Only issue was couldn’t park on site as all parking places had gone when we arrived. But free road parking across the road in quiet residential roads. 

Good location 15 min walk to town and beach. Car park at the premier inn £6 for 24 hours. Breakfast buffet is back good vegetarian options . Easy check in and check out plus bag storage. Helpful friendly staff.

Fast and efficient check in /out, very polite staff, clean , comfortable beds and spacious rooms, excellent breakfast , Lovely separate dining area to bar area, complimentary tea coffee and toiletries.  Excellent for families , couples or someone on their own . not too far from the beach and town centre either  100% would stay again

We stayed for one night with my 2 children, the check in and check out process was very quick and easy. We had the best night sleep and everything was very clean and tidy. The staff all seemed very friendly. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. 

I'm writing this on behalf of my mum and dad who want to pass on there thanks to the team at Westbourne Edda who gave them breakfast was brilliant and danniela was brilliant to also Wayne and Claire thank you for helping them with the car park also thank you to the house keeping team the room was spotless and as they would of expected from a premier inn thank you team 

We arrived on Thursday and left on Sunday. Rooms sufficient and clean. The team of Laurent and waitresses could not be faulted every breakfast.  They were helpful attentive and very professional. Thank you! 

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean. Slept really well in the comfortable bed! There is free parking near the hotel (Clarendon road and Marlborough road). The hotel is close to the town centre and beach- enjoyed walking to the beach from the hotel.

Must say enjoyed our stay staff very helpful under the difficult conditions and situation we are in. Breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble had a gdd experience ball around.Would recommend this premier Inn hotel.

Very good for couples the staff are very nice good car park the location is perfect lots of restaurants nearby walking distance bus stop outside the hotel if you need all in all i loved the place and i will go back again

We stayed here for for one night to attend a local birthday party, the hotel is well designed, clean and the rooms are lovely, great value for money and good location. We would recommend this hotel and will return again in the summer.

Lovely, comfortable & clean

Our car broke down and all we wanted to do was letting the hotel know that we won’t stay there. Unfortunately any way we approached to contact, nobody answers the phone and we tried many times, due to the short notice the online option was not possible either. The cancellation hotline appears not to be manned over the weekend and reception, well ... no answer, it just keeps you on hold and then tells you that they are too busy and good bye. 
We didn’t expect a refund as it was too short notice.

Westbourne

Hotel situated about 10 mins walk from the town centre, close to a nice cafe and a Thai restaurant. 
Car park convenient and good value at £6 per day. However its not very big. 
I would def use this hotel again

Bournmouth

A good hotel within easy walks of lovely restaurants and the beach.  The reception staff were very friendly and helpful (particularly Mia).
Usual standard of Premier Inn room - you know what you're getting :)

Weekend visit 

Very comfortable room, very clean, staff really helpful. Stayed in a family room which suited us. Only negative is that the breakfast was lukewarm. Evening take away option was lovely. Will stay again.
