Staying after family funeral, hotel is clean, staff are friendly and helpful, only downside was we had to eat in pub next door and although the food we had was very good, they didn’t have the carvery available during our stay 

Stop over

The room very good for the price we paid and very clean. Adele on reception was warm and friendly. 
The room didn’t seem to be double glazed and a little traffic noise heard during the night (I am a light sleeper) but this was not constant.
The down side to staying here is that for breakfast Primer Inn use an independent pub next door. In my opinion its the quality of food offered is not that by other Premier Inns. The food is of poor quality, lukewarm and not worth the £10. hot drinks are make your own eg no coffee machine. We were told at booking in the pub was independent of Premier Inn, but used the for guests breakfast.

I stayed here out on business training., Excellent service provided by Adele at the reception. Very accommodating and friendly. Great customer service and made the stay very comfortable!

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. There was plenty of free parking, the double room was large, cozy and clean. The best part of the stay was he night concierge Adele who was friendly, attentive and kind. She made me and my husband feel very welcome, gave us advice on where to eat and made us feel like we had known her for years. We will definitely be returning if only to see her. 

A wonderful relaxing time

I stayed here with my partner and daughter and this has been our living accommodation for a few weeks now due to personal reasons. The staff have been absolutely amazing! So king friendly and most of all supportive. I especially want to thank Adele and Lewis her where both so kind and gave great advice when needed. Thank you all so much.

Absolutely fantastic

Just arrived and Adele at reception has already made me feel at home. Great friendly face to have on the front desk. Happy and friendly with a sense of humour but still professional. Credit where credit is due

Had a 1 night stay here hubby and me and i must say this is the best premier inn i have stayed very  clean. Receptionist Adele was absolutely lovely she made our stay perfect thank you Adele we will be back to this premier in.

Adele was lovely, friendly, funny and very welcoming! Had a laugh and a joke with her at reception!  The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfy! Great value for money and will definitely be staying again!

Great Service!

The greeting we received from Adele was out of this world, so friendly and was so lovely to the kids. They were given colouring sheets and Adele even took two minutes to listen to my son playing his violin which made his day! Nothing was too much trouble and we received the best welcome we have ever had from any establishment including five star hotels. 
The room was set out well with extra beds for the kids. Clean, comfy sheets, pillows and mattresses, spotless bathroom and all the wee extras (tea and coffee) that you’d expect, couldn’t fault the room. 
The only thing you can’t control are the other guests! About 12.30/1am guests were coming in and out, noisily walking up and down the corridors and talking loudly, could also hear them in their room. There are signs all over the corridors reminding guests to be quiet and mindful of other guests who may be sleeping. I know it’s not super late, but with the kids it just made it a bit more annoying. All credit to the staff who knocked their door to remind them to keep the noise down, I think they might even have moved them to a different room, as from 1.30am there was no more noise, so I was extremely grateful to the staff. 
Breakfast at the BeeHive was bog standard, but kids eat free with an adult so it was good value for the price. 
Would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area, great value for money, clean and comfortable, and huge thanks to Adele and the other staff for really making this stay a memorable one for the right reasons!
