Very comfortable stay in this character hotel.  Excellent breakfast and evening meal.  Only slight criticism was the opening hours and the check in and check out times.  Staff very pleasant and accommodating.

Great food and staff, good facilities in room

My fiancé and I visited for a two night get away and were thrilled with our choice to stay here. The setting and accommodation was beautiful and atmospheric and the staff were so friendly attentive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend the Walhampton Arms again and had a lovely trip.

The property was attractive and we had a nice room. Service at dinner and breakfast was fine.

Stopped for one night. First impressions - the Walhampton Arms is a very beautiful structured building. Nice friendly staff. There is plenty of seating and a nice dining area. There was plenty of choice for the dinner menu, but l felt it was very limited for the breakfast. And found my egg was a bit greasy, maybe that's because it was fried quickly as we came for breakfast just before closing. The rooms were spacious, but being ground level, I felt l couldn't really leave my window open at night, so I just had the smallest gap. The room can get stuffy very quickly but thankfully there was a fan in the room. The Walhampton Arms is nice and close to the centre of lymington quay and towns market (that was a treat, fantastic stalls) and museum.

The Walhamton Arms was ideally located for exploring the area. A five minute walk into Lymington centre. The accommodation was clean, cosy and tastefully decorated. Added bonus that rooms were away from the main building as staying with our dog. On site bar and dinning . Good selection of meals which were tasty and well presented. Bear in mind of possible closures of restaurant facilities but plenty of alternative options in Lymington. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Good quality breakfast. Would certainly stay again .

We were very pleasantly surprised by our room at the Walhamtons Arms. It was spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated and very quiet. We were warned to be patient with understrength staff but. in fact, the service was prompt, attentive and cheerful. The breakfast was also very good and concluded an excellent stay.

Walhampton Arms ... booked last minute and really pleased with the property.  Newly refurbished rooms, squeaky clean, huge bed, sooo comfy. Location easy access to Lymington or New Forest. Bar Restaurant very nice.. comfortable clean and lovely food.. yummy carvery.Staff friendly, very helpful and welcoming.We were only there for one night but would loved to have stayed longer

Very friendly and welcoming place to stay, peaceful and quiet.

A nice place to spend the night when you are on the go. Rooms are small but authentic and very clean. No extra “spoiling” stuff there but everything you need exists. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and helpful.
