Had a fabulous meal last night , this place is superb . The very welcoming log fire as you choose from varied menu is amazing . The staff are all very friendly & efficient & the food was delicious lots of choice for us all . Will definitely go back hopefully soon

Just enjoyed another weekend at this amazing hotel. It's always great stay whilst you enjoy a roaring fire, excellent restaurant (breakfast is also amazing) and a lounge that could be the set of an Agatha Christie set. It really has to be seen to be believed.
If you fancy a spoiling yourself this place is a great choice.

From the moment we arrived our two-day trip could not have gone better. The warmth of our welcome, the ambience, quality of food and attentiveness of the staff, particularly from Sandie, John and Julia, could not have been better - top quality service from a first class establishment!

Just had a great 2 night's at The Lands of Loyal , we were part of a wedding party  , 
The stay was fantastic  from start to finish,  excellent  food , top class service provided by extremely  friendly  staff , and a beautiful hotel.

What a gem so delighted we chose this beautiful country hotel to share with our Australian visitors . They were blown away by the amazing building something you obviously can’t find in Australia ! We all enjoyed the excellent food and comfortable rooms enhanced by the lovely staff who offered a friendly first class service . The whole experience at this hotel was first class from beginning to end and we can’t wait to returning the near future .

Nestled in a small town of Scotland is an absolute gem of a hotel. The formal sitting room is lavish with rich fabrics and decor. Our room was beautifully done in antiques. Breakfast and Dinner were delight to the palette. The food was 5 star!  I would highly recommend this Hotel

We held our wedding here in July and the staff, food, service, decor was absolutely fantastic. No stone is left unturned here and every detail is considered. 
We had 40 dinner guests and a further 50 for the ceilidh at night and guests have commented - "it's the best wedding food we've ever tasted", "service was impeccable", "bedrooms and grand hall take you back in time, I felt like I was in an episode of Downton Abbey". 
To all the Lands of Loyal team - we can't thank you enough for making our big day one to remember. Special thanks to Michelle for attending to the bar for us to the wee small hours (you have the patience of a saint!), and to Maddie and Yulie for going the extra mile to look after us and our guests on the day. 

Another stay at this impressive family tan hotel. Once again I left feeling impressed. Not only is the hotel itself stunning with breathtaking views the staff are always friendly & happy to help. 

Food delicious with a superb choice on menu to include seasonal & locally sourced offerings. 

A must visit!

Comfortable and relaxing.  The staff were over the top helpful, polite, kind, and caring.  Food was extremely good (both breakfast and dinner).  Great bar service.  Rooms were spacious.  Highland cows graze near the garden

We had the most wonderful weekend break at Lands of Loyal. It is a beautiful house, thoughtfully decorated, lots of lovely touches - I felt like I was in an Agatha Christie country house! The large fire in the hall is fabulous, such a treat to enjoy a cup of tea or evening drink there. The food is also fantastic, a great range and local produce.
The thing that sets Lands of Loyal apart though if they’re absolutely amazing staff - nothing is too much trouble and the warm welcome is incredible. I felt so at home! 
It is such a special place and we can’t wait to return, a true gem!

Beautiful Scottish country house retreat!

We just had a wonderful weekend break at this hotel and can't praise it enough. We had a lovely welcome and all the staff were extremely friendly and super helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The central huge salon with sweeping staircase and gallery is beautiful with cosy log fire each evening and lots of sofas and chairs to gather round it. We had room 5 just off the gallery which was quiet and with a lovely view of the garden. Saw my first red squirrel in decades! Really clean, lovely bathroom and comfortably warm. Nice 4 poster.  Food was really good too. Wonderful breakfast and nice choices for dinner. All just brilliant and we were gutted to leave.

Stayed here between Xmas and New Year. Fantastic!! This hotel is unique and well worth of a visit. The rooms are a good size, very comfortable beds with fab views of the surrounding countryside and beautifully decorated, the food is exceptional, all locally sourced and delicious, the staff are ultra helpful and genuinely friendly with all guests then the icing on  the cake is the open fire in the lounge..... Cannot speak highly enough about this hotel

We had Xmas dinner in December at LoL.

Food excellent.
Venue fabulous.
Log fire.
40 foot high Xmas tree covered in lights.
Comfy sofas.

We were asked to choose our food and when it was ready, we were shown into a lovely dining room.

At the end of the meal we were told “we don’t have clocks here, stay as long as you want to by the fire”.

Nothing is too much trouble, it’s informal but it’s kind, genuine hospitality. 

The Turkey was fabulous and had what I like which is plenty of dark as well as white meat.

And after a few drinks and mainly 3 course meals it was barely £50 per head. It’s great value, an absolute treasure is a place.

The Lands of Loyal is magic.

There is nothing that can improve the place.

An amazing stay in beautiful surroundings. The food is excellent but what really sets this place apart is their staff. The whole team are committed to providing you with a first class experience and make you feel so very welcome. The rooms are very well appointed and the decor throughout is an eclectic mix and a real feast for the eyes.

Wonderful way to spend a weekend

Staff could not be more attentive an£ friendly. The food is very well presented and cooked to perfection using high quality produce. This is now our fifth time staying there and we will definitely be returning again. Our visit was in late December so we got to see the wonderful Christmas decorations which were so tastefully done.
