Seabreeze Guest House

We stayed for two nights, arriving just before midnight on the Friday - they were absolutely fine with our request for a late check-in. We had the downstairs room, so didn't have to worry about sneaking up the stairs if we got in late! It was very spacious with a double bed, sofa, two armchairs, and a wardrobe. The shower-room was a bit small, but it fulfilled the requirements (even if the water pressure was a tad low). The bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The full-English breakfast was freshly cooked and of a good quality. There was also a selection of cereals and fresh juices. The owners were very welcoming, and do a good job of keeping everything to the highest quality. The tram stop was just round the corner, but we were also able to walk from the Tower area after the trams had stopped running at night. The cab from the station (near the centre of town) was fairly priced too. It is the other end of town to the Pleasure Beach, but we got down there by about 10am by tram after having breakfast.
