This hotel is fantastic. We had a brilliant experience from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff are so friendly and seemed genuinely happy and interested in making our stay completely perfect. Customer care here is amazing. On arrival we were so pleased to be told we’d been upgraded as the hotel wasn’t full and it was my husband’s 65th birthday. We stayed in the penthouse and WOW it was incredible. We could not quite believe the views and the huge amount of space. Fluffy bathrobes, fresh oranges for juicing, cereal for breakfast. We did not want to leave and we’d definitely rebook when returning to Birmingham. The location is fabulous, within a few steps of The Bullring, Selfridges etc and lots of restaurants. A massive thank you to everyone involved in our stay and for making us feel so special.
