Elmdon Lodge

I attended the Classic Car event at the NEC this weekend with a group of friends in my car club and we used this hotel as our base. It was a great weekend with a super friendly host with excellent accommodation at a very reasonable price. The hotel is located in a quiet side street and has private, off-road,secure parking. It comprises of two sizeable, traditional houses which have been combined to provide 16 rooms. It is within a few minutes walk from Acocks Green Railway Station making access to the city centre very convenient. There are several pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance as well. The rooms are comfortable and a good night's sleep is guaranteed as you are well away from even the slightest traffic noise. A highlight of our visit was the magnificent breakfast served by a team of waitresses who were both friendly and efficient. We were a sizeable group and the opinions expressed above are shared by the entire party.
