Go there on match days last few years. Tried a newly opened neighbouring hotel under new management. With a tenuous link to the Beatles. Less customers, however staff inexperienced resulting in long waiting time to be served . Charged £20 exactly for 2 pints of San Miguel and a pint of Guinness Zero. Will definitely return to Hotel Anfield next Liverpool home match. Staff are friendly and well organised, although busy everyone gets served quickly. One time I was there on my own,I accidentally knocked over my pint. I think the owner or manager was sitting next to me with a business associate. He saw what happened, I appologised for being so clumsy. He gave me a replacement pint. Very generous. Big screen outside for watching live football and big marquee which has live music. Brilliant venue.
