There were 5 of us who stayed here for a week on business. From the start the staff were so great and always helpful. Vicky on reception was just fantastic! Very friendly, always smiling and so helpful to make our stay as best as it could be. Highly recommend

Hotel was relatively clean and tidy. The breakfast reasonable too. The hotel location was great for work in nearby Keighley and easy to get to. The receptionist, (Vicky I think her name was) was extremely pleasant and friendly. I needed advice to collect a stranded colleague due to icy roads and she took time to give me good advice with local routes so I didn’t get stuck myself. It’s nice to stay somewhere where you get a smile on arrival and feel welcomed by a staff member. I’d be happy to stay here again if work brings me back to the area.

Very nice hotel, clean and friendly.  Amer & Asama were very welcoming and a credit to the Premier Inn team. Good sized rooms and comfy beds. Lots of parking and breakfast is recommended clean and plenty to choose from.  Will definitely recommend and will be back.

Vicky on reception was very helpful.  Room was clean, a big advantage was the opening window (I hate air conditioning).  We would definetly stay again if we were that way.  We took advantage of breakfast next door.  We kept it simple, coffee, organic yogurt and toast but you could have much more.

We picked the hotel for location, close to activities we had arranged. Staff on arrival were excellent, room was good, great bed, good bathroom, shower was very good.  Room was spotless. Only thing missing from the room was an extra comfortable chair

We stayed here as a family group for a funeral taking place locally.  The team at the hotel were wonderfully flexible, and really helped take the stress out of the day.  We used a semi-private area of the 'Brewers Fayre' restaurant next door for all our meals (for about 10 of us, but it could seat double that, easily), and for our post-funeral reception.

Reception were very helpful at keeping some milk cold (for our baby)  in a private fridge.  We stayed in a family room, which comfortable slept 4 of us.  

The only thing I would change is that some of the doors on the main corridor are a bit squeaky.  Didn't affect us, but may have annoyed others.  I expect it's been fixed by now...

My wife and I stayed at the end of December for a couple of nights for a wedding and enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room clean and tidy and surprisingly quiet during the night/morning so no issues getting a reasonable long lie.
If we are down again will definitely stay here.


This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel , would recommend it  the staff are first class very helpful and nothing is too much trouble  Lauren was on the check in desk very helpful thanks to all the team

We always stay in premier inns when visiting family in Yorkshire due to the high standards at low prices. On this occasion we had booked to stay for one night but due to illness had to boom a last minute, unexpected extra night. I was not able to book this online nor pay by card but a member of reception staff figured out a way around this, giving us another night to rest and recuperate in peace. Evening meals are not of a high standard but breakfast always is and staff are friendly and helpful. 

Immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable.
Does what it says on the tin! 

The pub attached is ok too.. the manager is an asset to the company.

I don’t really need to say anything more but Tripadvisor insists on a MINIMUM of 200 characters.. ridiculous!

More than adequate work stay for two nights.

Well located for visits to the Bronte Parsonage and Worth Valley Railway. Decent room and ample free parking. Meal deal seemed good value, but breakfast was disappointingly cold as though the items had been left standing in the kitchen before being placed in the serving area. Would use the hotel again but eat out.

Decent Hotel, Poor Breakfast

Room, cleanliness, service, friendliness and helpfulness were exactly as usual with Premier Inn. We travelled a long distance for a close relative’s funeral. Room 121 was exactly as expected. The only issues with our stay were the distance an ‘accessible’ room is from reception and the noise in the room above waking us at 4am and 5am on the two nights we stayed. Unless you are a heavy sleeper, ask if there is a room without anyone above!

Down for a Wedding

Consistent and solid

A standard premier inn in a wonderful setting, from the moment I drove in it was a warm feeling. The staff were fantastic and met any need that arose. They were friendly and courteous, and we had some interesting chats about the area. Food and drinks in Brewers Fayre, along with lovely continental breakfast made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was perfect. Great value, couldnt fault this stay.

Enjoyable Stay

We are huge fans of a Premier Inn - unless you're treating yourself to a swanky 5* hotel for a special occasion why would you choose anything other than a lovely, reliable and trusty Prem Inn. Always clean, large comfy beds, spacious rooms and an unbelievably generous £9.50 breakfast - unbeatable! The Bradford North/Keighley Prem Inn is all of these things and more - mainly because of the staff. The staff we met were uniformly delightful - from the happy, smiling and professional receptionists to the very hardworking and efficient restaurant staff. We stayed there whilst visiting relatives and to go out nearby for my husband's birthday meal. The reception staff (Ellie in particular )made his night as they acknowledged his birthday with a handwritten card and small gift - we were both overwhelmed and delighted. This Prem Inn is just wonderful -  whenever we're in W Yorkshire we certainly won't stay anywhere else - 10/10  all round!
